The hotel facilities were clean and I had a great rest. The breakfast was simple and good, so I recommend it as a couple to have a fun time!! Highly recommended!

It is a 3-star hotel, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is not very diverse, but it is good value for money for a hotel priced in the 20,000-30,000 won range.

Everything was great, very clean. They cleaned the room every day. We were even able to check in earlier than expected.

Great location, but the AC kept acting up. Plus, on the first night, they gave us a room with two AC units on the balcony, which made it impossible to sleep due to the noise, and there were no other rooms available

our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable it is located in a good position handy to all transport requirments and travel agent next door for doing day trips etc rooms were large and clean staff were very friendly and helpful it has a great pool area on the roof floor with great views of the city

But for me personally, it wasn't an inconvenience; rather, it helped me wake up. I didn't come here to sleep until lunchtime. And the singing and music were really good, charging me with their energy and enthusiasm

The room size is smaller then most of the rooms for that price. Air conditioner it's working but has smell if old dust or something like that

Everything was okay. Probably, I wouldn’t like to smell the paint smell from the redecoration next door. Also, the wifi I couldn’t use, it was so unstable that was not good enough for video conference.

Location it's a bit far from everything. The good point is there is not so many people like I'm the center, and bad point is that need to take a bike or car to go to most of places

I played music as a child, too. The sound of a drill inside the hotel building was more annoying. Apparently, they're gradually renovating the rooms. Those who live in anthills will feel right at home

It's worth staying there for an extended period, but it's best to bring your own transportation as it's some distance from the city center.

However, the breakfast area had unclean floors, mediocre food, and was too noisy due to tour groups. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, offering stunning night views, and the lounge chairs were comfortable

The room is airy, fully equipped, the receptionist is enthusiastic and attentive, located in the alley, 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the room price 232k (as shown in the picture) is reasonable. The biggest minus of the room is the toilet's drain system is very poor. Stepping into the bathroom, it stinks

Running the exhaust fan continuously does not eliminate the smell. Shower for a while and the whole floor will be flooded

A very good and clean hotel. Some rooms have sea views. The only drawback is the noise from a nearby bar. But if you're looking for a place for a short stay, this hotel is more than suitable.

I book for 2 night theres few problem 1 is hot water sometime they have sometine dont have &2 internet again not staple &3 location its across alot bar so extremely noisy at night the room i got was 1203 with good view

Located near a bunch of good street food, why not? Rooms are immaculate, and they will change the towels every day. Room included a fridge, aircon, and a kettle. Also has a beautiful rooftop for beers in the afternoon

The breakfast is very poor; there is nothing to choose from, only soup or eggs. The sea is close by, so you can go for a swim. There is a good restaurant nearby

30am and was shouting in the corridors and in their room and that woke us up. It's such a lovely hotel but just needs a good clean and a few things fixed and keep it that way

The swimming pool on the roof was green but people were still swimming in it. Breakfast was a large Buffett but this was mainly Vietnamese food. The only other food was bread and toast and fried eggs

They tend to smoke outside their rooms in the corridor and it stinks. Also, the rooms walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door. We had a family that was very loud and then came home at 1

The Orange juice at breakfast tasted more like Fanta orange, very sweet and not natural juice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is used by Chinese and Vietmese tour groups

The ned was lumpy, you could feel yhe spring's in your back, it's a shame as we had stayed in this hotel in 2013 and loved it but now 2019 the hotel looks old and not very clean

This hotel in located close to the market and within easy walk of the beach and most places in the city. Check-in is easy and the rooms when you arrive look clean

Saphia Hotel was an amazing experience. Great quality breakfast and the best ice cream just outside the front door. Room was very comfortable and shower was great. The pool had an amazing view over the ocean

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today

Extra hard beds and no separate shower. But it's still a very good value for a large family or group of friends. You can stay in 2-3 bedroom condos equipped with kitchen and washing machine

The location is not in downtown but it's across from a popular beach. Restaurants, bars, 24hr convenient stores, cafes are all located downstairs. If you want to go to Nha Trang Center it is only a 60k taxi ride away

Noise insulation was poor as well; I could hear conversations and sounds from the hallway and next room clearly. For a 39-storey hotel, the elevator wait time was also quite long, especially during busy hours

I stayed at this hotel due to personal matters, not for vacation, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. It was a last-minute booking during peak season, so the price was quite high

Towels were changed every day. And every day they brought toothpaste and soap and gels. The breakfast buffet is very varied. There are both Vietnamese and European dishes. You definitely can't leave hungry

Amazing place. Nearby there is a restaurant named Cilantro which I highly recommend. There is a kids playground, gym and pool. The location is great close to the main beach.
