A spacious luxury suite with magnificent sunrises right from the balcony! Perhaps the only drawback is that not every room has a shower (mine only had a jacuzzi, "in a moderate condition")

A somewhat tired, but very atmospheric hotel in a mixed Japanese-European style, located in the very epicenter of the city's beach and nightlife. The beach is right across the street

And since we had to dry our clothes by the window, everything spilled on them. We told the staff several times. I don't know if they did anything, but for several hours the water didn't run, and then it started again

We couldn't see a single Russian channel on the TV, so we didn't bother trying to tune it ourselves. We expected more from a "four-star" hotel, of course. We turned down other cheaper options in favor of this hotel

The moment you walk into the hotel, it evokes positive emotions. The receptionists are friendly and smiling. But what I really disliked was the housekeeping and the general lack of cleanliness

I recommend this hotel to Japanese people visiting Nha Trang for the first time. Perhaps because it's a Japanese-run hotel, the lobby features a logo featuring both the Japanese and Vietnamese flags

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and within walking distance of department stores and Dam Market. Breakfast was a standard buffet. There was a bathtub, and the hot water and shower pressure were excellent

It's apparently also used for weddings, so it's quite large and highly trusted. The location is excellent: it's about a 20-second walk from the beach. You can enter and exit in your swimsuit

There's a private pool and gym on the second floor, so you'll never get bored. The hotel's cleanliness is rated 4. 0, which is reasonable for the price. The towels and sheets were clean

buffet breakfast was delicious,diversity of meals,location just 2 min to beach,just in front of hotel there is a  Kostya restaurant which was good also , definitely recommend that hotel we stayed 6 n with good deals we were happy there

The hotel is located right in the middle of Nha Trang Beach, surrounded by many restaurants and massage parlors, and there's also a night market street nearby

The rooms, including the bathrooms, are very clean, and you can see the sea from the room. The rooftop has a pool and a gym

Unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned once during my entire stay, but perhaps that was because I woke up late. Overall, the price for this hotel is justified, and I liked everything about it

The staff are very nice and friendly – that's the best thing I can say about this hotel! The 'superior' room I booked didn't have windows to the outside, only overlooking the hotel's inner hallway

Everything was good, but one major downside was the window, though that was mostly my own oversight, so pay attention! Also, the shower being right in the toilet area was inconvenient.

A good hotel with working facilities, the staff are friendly.  The only problems for me were cooking smell every early morning and evening from somewhere, which filled the room.

Good hotel and staff, but there were some problems, as I will describe below. The hotel is very conveniently located. It stands in a small, quiet dead-end street with almost no traffic

Great location, close to the sea and all amenities. Towels were changed daily, bed linen upon request. Three air conditioners in the room. The apartment is simply gorgeous

As for downsides—when we arrived there was a mix-up with our reservation. The hotel had lost our booking and was not expecting us. The room we had booked was not available. But the staff handled the situation well

Pros The room comes with an electric kettle, TV, and air conditioning. However, if you're in a room next to the elevator, you'll hear a low-pitched elevator noise

There are towels for the beach. The bathroom is good, spacious. There is an ugly film on the door to the bathroom

There is a crossing towards the beach right in front of the hotel, and broad-leafed shrubs right in front of the beach provide shade, so it was good to drink beer on the beach without being hot even in the middle of the day

When I asked in the booking for a room on the 7th floor, I wrote about this before booking (they said that there is), I booked again and wrote a request - they did not fulfill it

We didn't have any problems here. The main guy at the reception speaks good English. Ample space for suitcases (we never place ours on the floor)

Good place, great location. The top-floor rooms have a magnificent sea view. There were two things I didn't like: the breakfast was rather bland, despite the variety, and the room smelled of sewage in the evening.

Location was good near the beach. Was disappointed that my daughter’s sweater was missing after the room was made. Tried the front desk to check if anyone had returned it but was unsuccessful

Apart from that, I don't think I have any complaints about the hotel. And again, these aren't really negatives about the hotel itself—just something to be aware of depending on your room location

The only downside is that you might hear church bells in the middle of the night (there are two churches close to the hotel) and school songs early in the morning

Great food, great staff and a great view. We had the Margarita Pizza and the veggie wrap, both were very nice! Our table was a few feet from the sand and the sounds of the ocean added to a delightful lunch

A beautifully designed beachfront restaurant. We had fish & chips, seabass, and chicken samosas, all were delicious. After the meal, we moved to their bean bags on the beach, where we enjoyed some drinks

My wife closer to the heart of the European quarter, but it is very good. Housekeeping, on the level of other hotels in Nha Trang, not better or worse

Of the minuses: very slippery floor in the bathroom (there was at least a silicone mat), wet swimsuits had no place to dry, in June 2019 there were three buildings around the hotel - noise and dirt (but this is a temporary phenomenon)

Hotel still look quite new, a bit far from main Street hence the sound pollution from all the honking is lesser with few small mini marts nearby Need to walk some distance to the nearest bus stop

Nice little hotel in very quiet place. Delicious, hearty breakfast (the menu is more Asian than European). Cleaning, changing towels and toiletries - every day. Convenient, high-speed elevators

Rather accurate, everything we experienced was as described. No hassles, good communication and quick service.

I think hydraulic pressure is not so good, but it was not that big problem when i get shower. So, if you need place for short stay, this place will be good for you!

Highsea Nha Trang did not disappoint me. Thank you very much to Tom the owner who was very accommodating. The place is very clean, near atm machines, minimarts, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and of course the beach

location is very great! we stay here one day and a half. It is near by the beach and you can goto the mainstreet by grab. Also there are two bathroom so, it was very useful

Room with Seaview although it's at lower floor still can see sunrise at 5.30am. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathroom water pressure is strong.

Initially, long trip of 5 days but we indicated at Christina's 1 day and then counted on, but after arriving, then immediately book is always room for the remaining days, the type like too must quickly ko is overbooking ☺️

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view

Christina's what's special is to make guests feel comfortable as your own home, the staff as their loved ones, for the first time to travel to the occasion but also DC 20-10 you donate cards and chocolate, Halloween what other decorations are not the West :), if you come here on the occasion of mid-autumn moon cakes also donated handmade DC of your employees (outside the wheel better than another)

It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved. Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate

The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious

The hotel is mostly Chinese, so breakfast is geared towards them. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, with street noise. The room is very small, with only a bed. There's no place to sit and drink coffee

For this price, you could get a 5-star hotel nearby: Regalia or Virgo. You can't buy anything on the balcony; they told you to go to the first floor. You can't take coffee to the first floor to smoke
