All well meet my expectation for a short trip. Recommend

The guide of the travel agency recommended it

Only complaint is grandmas kitchen supposed to be open till 10 pm but was told when we tried to order at 9-35 pm kitchen was closed was told kitchen closed at 9/30 pm when I pointed out in their rule book supposed to be open till ten pm was told sorry kitchen closed I said I would complain wasn’t happy

Very nice hotel clean and tidy

They promised a high floor, but we got the 11th, even though the top floor is the 26th. Breakfast was very average, and the location isn't great, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby

Is the 'luxury' tag something Trip. com just slapped on there themselves, haha? The room was tiny, with barely any space between the two beds

The higher floors offer stunning views of the bay of northern Nha Trang. Breakfasts are good, and there's a small rooftop pool perfect for relaxing in the morning. The best beach in Nha Trang is nearby

Definitely recommended! Clean room, comfortable bed, staff very polite, very nice rooftop bar and pool. One of our best experiences in Vietnam.

The rooms have a good layout and are comfortable. There are some minor complaints about the wear and tear of some of the finishing materials, but nothing major

Very nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable. It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone

Overall it's not bad, but the bathroom could be cleaned better - there is mold, which is not very pleasant.

Everything is good and we are able to have a very good ocean view from the balcony. Indeed a good place to stay in Nha Trang.

Great location! 3 minutes to the sea! Lots of cafes, shops, fruit shops nearby! There is a Vietnamese branded children's clothing store🤩 10 minutes to Lotus👍 The hotel itself is good, price = quality! The buffet has a small selection, but we always found something to eat! The staff is friendly! They cleaned every day🤩 the pool is on the 18th floor

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, there was no one at the pool all those days, we felt like kings 🤩 the entire pool was at our disposal🫶 Overall, we liked the holiday☀️

Quite a decent hotel on the third line for a low price. Within walking distance of cafes, shops and other services necessary for a vacation. From the hotel to the beach at a leisurely pace 5-7 minutes

Breakfasts are very simple, but if there is a occupancy or weekend - then most of everything is at breakfast. The shower gel smells very nice. The staff is very nice and works

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We chose it based on reviews and photos, specifically looking for a room with a balcony, a good breakfast, and a ground-level pool within the hotel grounds, not on the rooftop

Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed upon request. Although there aren't dedicated beach towels, the reception advised us that we could use the room towels, and they would be replaced with fresh ones

The hotel features two courtyard pools: a shallow kids' pool and a deeper adult pool (2. Swimming lessons are held there, but only from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Good location, near the beach , stores and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness can be for sure improved by cleaning the entire room better (eg: armchair was stained). Good breakfast and nice pool.

The staff were very welcoming, and room cleaning and linen changes happened daily. We opted for a room with breakfast and were very happy with it; the breakfasts were good – you definitely won't go hungry

The service was good, the place was clean and comfortable, the counter staff spoke Chinese, the breakfast was good, and ordering Grab was very convenient

Our first room was large and comfortable and our second room was even bigger with a fabulous bath for 2 and super comfy bed. We loved the rooftop pool, it was large and deep enough and had am amazing sea view

And the beach in that area is much better than the central one: there are no commercial sunbeds or beggars, you can stay on the beach for free as long as you want. Very abundant buffet breakfast

Nice place for a couple of days

We were satisfied with the room. For one week staying will be ok. But the bed sheets haven't been changed. they just made it up, so I didn't immediately realize that they hadn't changed anything for a whole week

The room was decent—not bad at all—and its location was quite convenient, being close to many key areas. The breakfast they served was good, which was a plus

The location of the hotel was great! Close to everything you need to be to have a good time. The reception staff was also very friendly which was nice.

Not many people during the off-season. Mostly Russian guests, overall a positive experience. - The restaurant's culinary skills could use improvement; the dish design, cooking, and taste were all quite mediocre

Breakfast selection was decent. - The pool wasn't routinely cleaned of debris at the bottom; it was full of dead leaves

- Since all island facilities are operated by the Vin Group, Face ID can be used for shuttle boats, cable cars, and theme park entry/exit, which improved efficiency – a big plus

- As the most high-end luxury hotel on the island, it lacked entertainment options, with only a very small gym and no game room. - The paid spa was pretty good and worth trying

Can only recommend! Great facilitates and villas also worth to mention that the breakfast was amazing and got a lot of option. The stuff is really friendly.

It was sad to leave this hotel but we had to go. I definitely recommend this hotel for relaxing private vacation and hope to come back here!

Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. Pretty well designed architecturally and standing the test of time, but things are falling apart

Everything is ok considering the price and quality, the location is great, everything is nearby. The room is old, a lot of things didn't work. Dirty tired gym without air conditioning

One of the receptionists deliberately ignored us, demonstrating incredible busyness. Neighbors smoked in the room, but the staff didn't do anything special

The hotel is good, the breakfasts are delicious, the location is excellent.

(it would have been fine if website mentioned that this was a restricted room!) Unless you go down to the breakfast a bit late due to the early morning music and pay for it and their so called " fantastic" breakfast does not even have cheese or toaster for bread or even a warm/hot tea!  Then you will be OK to stay in this hotel

( apparently coming from next door, İ was informed later) Unless, you are a person, unlike me, who can sleep in a windowless room!. There is a window but it faces a wall covered by a green carpet(!)

Great location, beach across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very lovely, very helpful. One recommended a shop for me to buy local snacks which was a highlight of my stay.

But the most important thing is the hotel's location – everything you need is close by, and the sea is close by! The view from the window overlooking the sea and Vinpearl Island is stunning

There's free secure parking, which is very important in Nha Trang. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge

The hotel is located in the northern part of Nha Trang, there is public transport, the hotel is close to the sea, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool and fitness room are available until 18:00, breakfast and drinks, even coffee are very cold

Swimming Pool is very very nice but ashame i couldnt use it as my stomach hadnt been so well if ya know what i mean. All in all i had a very comfortable stay and would return again in future

The hotel has an outdoor pool on the balcony with a wonderful view. There were a lot of Asians at TET - it was terribly noisy. But Asia fascinates, I fell in love with her

I love this hotel and great location if you want more of a quiet place to mellow down. 3min walk away from relatives place. 10min taxi to the city centre. Customer Service here is very good

Convenient location, cheap room rates, spacious rooms, large beds. However, the breakfast buffet was rather disappointing and not very tasty, the towels were extremely dirty, black instead of white

The hotel refused to change the towels. Room cleaning was sloppy and careless; they didn't provide fresh towels after cleaning, leaving guests to find the same towels thrown on their suitcases as before

Amazing hotel with the best service I've ever had. They accommodated our every need and we're so polite. Breakfast was sufficient but a bit more attention to keeping vegetarian food separate would be better

It's quiet, even though it's near a market. Housekeeping is poor; they only change the bedding if you ask. Otherwise, the room is spacious and new. Breakfast is typical for Asia, but they do have scrambled eggs

Cleaning was done daily, water was provided, and towels were changed. Breakfast was so-so; after one, we didn't even get up for it 😅 The water in the shower drained very slowly; one shower resulted in a flood

Good breakfasts, two pools, normal gym, and location in the centre, close to shops, cafes for all tastes. But for me, the staff was not always friendly, overly formal tone to me.

Despite my previous experience, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastin Grand this time. Although Nha Trang is very empty this season, with many clubs forced to close, Eastin still strives to be fully operational for guests

The entrance is quite narrow; drivers should park on the left side, as it's easy to hit a car on the right at the steep corner. The rooms are cozy, clean, and beautiful (apartment-style)

The breakfasts are average, you can fill up, but I didn't like the Asian breakfasts. There's no coffee machine, but there is coffee, but it's not very good. The pool is clean on the 22nd floor

We stayed at this hotel for three days. It's beautiful, everything is very clean, the towels are good, there are robes, everything was great, and the location is very convenient

The slippers in the room are not disposable; flip-flops are a bit thin. The bed is clean and quite comfortable. The towels are clean, but "washed out," meaning not the freshest, and not very large

For the price, the hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet is decent; you won't go hungry. Pros: lots of fruit, omelets/fried eggs made upon request, signature soups made with various meat broths

Near the hotel, you'll find very reasonably priced massages, currency exchange (the best rate is at the jewelry store), and inexpensive restaurants (everything is better than on the beachfront)

Location amazing because beach and small restaurants are near, center of the city but not noisy. They clean room everyday if you asking. But they change bedsheets rarely only if you ask and they don't cleaning floors

I recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at V Hotel Nha Trang, and it was a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch

I've been staying here for a week. The breakfast is excellent for the price, the room is clean, there are hardly any Koreans, and the staff can communicate in both English and Korean

The value for money is truly the best

The girls at the counter work two shifts, but they're too busy: either a rude customer wants something, or they're busy delivering some goods, or they're checking in for registration

The breakfasts are excellent, and the receptionists are great. The cleaning is terrible, the floor is dirty.

The fitness center is outdated, but it's functional. The pool is small, but adequate for this hotel (class). For the price, the hotel fully meets expectations

Green Beach was a great location. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. They changed our AUD to VND, purchased Vinpearl tickets for us. Stayed on the 25 floor and the view was wonderful

we stayed here during Tết Holiday and the whole family loved it. the staff were super friendly and helpful, we even had our TV replaced in the middle of the night, and it was New Year's eve
