The cleaning was extremely superficial. But the towels were changed every day. Apparently, they rarely do a deep cleaning. It's not very pleasant to sleep on a bed with a very dirty headboard

We did not use the restaurant, we prefer to eat in cafes, of which there are a great many. Since our priority was a beach holiday, and the hotel is located on the first line, we liked everything

A spacious luxury suite with magnificent sunrises right from the balcony! Perhaps the only drawback is that not every room has a shower (mine only had a jacuzzi, "in a moderate condition")

A somewhat tired, but very atmospheric hotel in a mixed Japanese-European style, located in the very epicenter of the city's beach and nightlife. The beach is right across the street

And since we had to dry our clothes by the window, everything spilled on them. We told the staff several times. I don't know if they did anything, but for several hours the water didn't run, and then it started again

Old hotel, reminds me of the 90s, 0s. They don't allow you to open the windows, which is a big minus for me. They don't allow friends in either. It wasn't that bad to live there, but I wouldn't stay there again

We went to the front desk, and they just gave us some bug spray and told us to go deal with it ourselves (left a bad taste). The pool is dirty; no one uses it

Pros: It's far from the city center (quiet) with fewer crowds. The breakfasts are decent (tasty pastries, though not daily). The view from the window is more or less okay (you can see the sea)

On our last day, they practically evicted us! There were so many, it was really unpleasant, so we decided to move into our daughter's second room

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the lively, bustling area. Regarding cleanliness: we encountered cockroaches in one of the rooms

Rooms were cleaned toiletries and towels along with two bottles of water were include in the price. The breakfast really does need some work. Not alot of flavour and nothing fir the foreign tourist

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and everything was ok. The beach is 5 min walk, the location is very good. The room was nice, almost clean (except bathroom ). We were the only visitors of a swimming pool

Cheapest 4 stars hotel with rooftop pool in the area, I upgraded to get a room with sea view and balcony, only got the sea view,but for just one night won't complain. Large bed was two single beds together

Pool is rather small but enough for a quick refreshing dip. Great location, close to everything in the area. Check-in was fast, but had to pay extra $2 for early check-in at 12 instead of 2pm

Rooms are not clean, elevators are filthy (used cotton buds on the floor), just really tired and a lack of care. Pool is green and pool furniture is broken and dirty

Great budget place, don't expect more

Towels were changed daily, but I didn't notice any changes to the bed linen. There was a stain on the duvet cover that stayed for the entire 10 days. Toothbrushes, combs, and cotton swabs were all provided

the staffs were so nice and helpful, they taught me some Vietnamese words. The location was easy to walk to the beach, its literally just 2-min walk from the hotel. The view at the pool was nice!!

The rooms, pool, and other amenities are tired and under-renovated. The breakfasts are mediocre. The staff is friendly, but that's where the positives end.

Only what's inside the refrigerator is extra, and they didn't put anything in the refrigerator, so maybe there's a translation error. The hotel is a "party spot" with a bunch of bars, small shops, and other amenities

5-liter bottles, and it seemed to turn off when leaving the room. The safe was confusing twice: I left with it locked and checked, then came back after housekeeping—the safe was open, but everything was still there

😁 The room is poorly renovated, the air conditioning is weak, and it can't handle 18 degrees. The windows have to be closed when it's sunny. The shower head needs replacing, as does the small coffee table

For a family of 3, the price per night was 729 rubles. For such a price, it's simply a steal! I'm very satisfied!

The room is clean and spacious with nice renovations, and there's a pleasant rooftop pool that's perfect after a day at the sea

The biggest plus of this room is that everything is easily accessible nearby, and most importantly, the sea is a 2-3 minute walk away. Towels and water replaced daily

They let us leave our luggage in the hotel early after our sleeper bus at 6am

The TV channels were terrible quality – you couldn't see anything. It's about a 3-minute walk to the sea. Roosters crowed 24/7!!! There was absolutely no soundproofing. The air conditioner was noisy

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and within walking distance of department stores and Dam Market. Breakfast was a standard buffet. There was a bathtub, and the hot water and shower pressure were excellent

The staff were very friendly, especially the young, bespectacled staff member at the restaurant in the garden. When I ordered delivery and the rice had gone cold, she warmed it up for me in the microwave in the kitchen

It's apparently also used for weddings, so it's quite large and highly trusted. The location is excellent: it's about a 20-second walk from the beach. You can enter and exit in your swimsuit

This area is a center for foreign tourists so it is convenient to get everything just by walking around. My room was at the top floor (9th) which has a nice city view. The room is tidy and confortable

First, we checked in for 3 days to a decent room. Then I decided to extend my stay, and they asked us to move to a different room. As a result, there were no windows, and the ventilation was terrible.

I would recommend this hotel if you want to find comfy, quiet and clean place to stay far from tourist streets. I can't describe how beautiful and different this part of Nha Trang from seaside areas

The staff are very nice and friendly – that's the best thing I can say about this hotel! The 'superior' room I booked didn't have windows to the outside, only overlooking the hotel's inner hallway

Hotel 2 minutes from the beach. I stayed for a week in a not very large room but if you don't have many demands it's fine. The only complaint is the cleaning of the room which was not formidable

We took a room without breakfast. The girl at the reception was very friendly, she went outside to say goodbye). The pool is small, but seems to be clean. There are chairs by the pool and only 1 sun lounger

The rooftop pool is a decent size and the first day I was there I was all by myself for hours! It’s such a short distance from the beach and there are shops right outside the hotel door

When booking, I asked for a double bed, but when I checked in, there was no such room and I checked in alone in a room with two double beds 🙄 it would have been better if this place had been left free

Located in the European quarter on a familiar side street. We stayed for a couple of nights to get away. The room is small and overlooks the neighboring hotel, so we closed the curtains

The air conditioning works, as does the refrigerator. The safe requires a key, but it's about to break. There's hot water and the pressure is satisfactory. We didn't use the housekeeping service
