Great facilitates and villas also worth to mention that the breakfast was amazing and got a lot of option.
The stuff is really friendly.
- The restaurant's culinary skills could use improvement; the dish design, cooking, and taste were all quite mediocre. Breakfast selection was decent.
- The pool wasn't routinely cleaned of debris at the bottom; it was full of dead leaves.
- Since all island facilities are operated by the Vin Group, Face ID can be used for shuttle boats, cable cars, and theme park entry/exit, which improved efficiency – a big plus.
- As the most high-end luxury hotel on the island, it lacked entertainment options, with only a very small gym and no game room.
- The paid spa was pretty good and worth trying.
- The hotel staff had good English skills and would proactively chat with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere.
- The beach had fine sand, and the water was suitable for swimming, better than resorts in Phu Quoc and Da Nang.
As a muslim the breakfast options was great and the staff were always willing to accommodate our requests.
The Spa staff were also amazing and we enjoyed our daily complimentary massages.
Would definitely love to return in the future…. Also the pics on the booking sites do not match the beauty of the actual facilities!
Pros: On the positive side, the hotel's spa was excellent, situated right by the sea, and listening to the waves was incredibly therapeutic. The seawater was crystal-clear, allowing us to see schools of fish swimming freely. The beach sand was also incredibly soft and fine. Overall, the service was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety of options. Tuk-tuks were also readily available on demand.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean.
Environment: Super beautiful.
Service: Exceptional. I honestly think this is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at in Nha Trang. It's truly wonderful.
