They clean it every day, change towels and linens as needed, but this doesn't change the hotel rating. Anyone who writes good reviews about this hotel is wrong. The reception staff is good and will help if you ask

When booking, I asked for a double bed, but when I checked in, there was no such room and I checked in alone in a room with two double beds 🙄 it would have been better if this place had been left free

Located in the European quarter on a familiar side street. We stayed for a couple of nights to get away. The room is small and overlooks the neighboring hotel, so we closed the curtains

The air conditioning works, as does the refrigerator. The safe requires a key, but it's about to break. There's hot water and the pressure is satisfactory. We didn't use the housekeeping service

Bottom line: the room is okay for the price, but only for a couple of days or just an overnight stay

Great food, great staff and a great view. We had the Margarita Pizza and the veggie wrap, both were very nice! Our table was a few feet from the sand and the sounds of the ocean added to a delightful lunch

A beautifully designed beachfront restaurant. We had fish & chips, seabass, and chicken samosas, all were delicious. After the meal, we moved to their bean bags on the beach, where we enjoyed some drinks

The vibe is really great, and the service is fast and attentive. It is a bit more expensive, they have 15% total extra fee (VAT+ service), but it’s justified by the location and the quality of the food

For the cheapest water, the small convenience store across from the hotel is the place to go

On the roof there is a swimming pool and several sunbeds. You can sunbathe in silence and swim (the water is cold!)

Overall, it's just a mid-class hotel. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the beach. The service level of managers requires a little more training, but I felt like I was doing my best

They allowed late check in (2:30am) due to it being when our train arrived which was very helpful

manager asks for passport on check-in as deposit, but all furniture is cheap and there isnt even minibar drinks, so what's that for?

This Hotel is at the far end of Nha Trang, its quieter and more peaceful although there are some nice restaurants and cafe's within walking distance. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax.

The room was well-renovated, though the sink being in the main room was a bit surprising. The staff are very friendly, helpful with all questions, and communicate very nicely! The hotel met almost all my expectations

The only downside was the lack of good chain grocery stores nearby and fresh fruit stalls. Also, the food options in the immediate vicinity were mostly limited to Vietnamese cuisine

Above all, it is cheap and comportable. This hotel also support meal. Only limitation is that it is little far from main street. But slient and safe.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the stuff very friendly. They invited me for lunch and the hotel manager drove me to my next hotel. It's a very nice place to visit Nha Trang.

A separate entertainment is to take the elevator to your floor or to the first floor, you can wait for 10-15 minutes, and on the way there are packed guests from China, all in wet clothes from the pool

Cleaning depends on the team, one cleaned well and replenished tea, coffee, water, changed towels, another persistently broke into the room at 08

The representative of the company that rents out the apartments ignored requests, asked for two cups for tea and coffee, since there are only 2 glass glasses in the room, after 3 days he replied that you already have glasses

4th time in Nha Trang and this is the only hotel where there were cockroaches. I booked a room with a king size bed, they put two beds together for us, in the middle of the night you fall into a hole in the middle

It is pretty good compared to the price we pay. Breakfast buffet is really exceed our expectations, and the receptionist on the floor is very kind and friendly. The swiming pool is a cute little one, good for children.

We booked a family room with two rooms and three beds. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. I will consider staying here again next time I have the chance.
