Disadvantages are standard room without window, noisy in the morning due to bad sound insulation of rooms and typical Vietnamese life; sometimes bad smell of canalisation in the bathroom

Friendly staff, they let us keep our bags before checkin and had a place to keep motorbikes without extra charge. Nice pool and clean rooms. Done an alley so quieter than other streets.

We stayed in a deluxe double with a balcony. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was two twin beds pushed together but it was comfortable

Our rooms were cleaned well, and all the staff were always friendly. The only significant downside to this hotel is the Wi-Fi, which constantly disconnected from devices or failed to load

Room was perfect but the WiFi was weak. The staff were very nice helpful and moved me to another room. Breakfast is great too, would stay here again if the WiFi signal is improved.

The front desk staff always accommodated our requests for extra bottles of water, which we appreciated! On the top floor, there's a pool with cool water and something resembling a gym, which we actually managed to use

It’s cozy, clean and I was able to sleep really well for 2 nights. But when the AC became too cold in the middle of the night, I always had to get up to turn it off from the side of the door

A good cosy hotel. Good wifi, cleaning every day. On the opposite side of the street cheap local cafes, massage, SIM card. A great choice for a budget holiday

Staff was very friendly and spoke fairly good English. They gave us a tutorial on our room which was upgraded! Mini bar prices were very reasonable. Only complaint is the room could have been a bit cleaner.

Located near a bunch of good street food, why not? Rooms are immaculate, and they will change the towels every day. Room included a fridge, aircon, and a kettle. Also has a beautiful rooftop for beers in the afternoon

Above all, it is cheap and comportable. This hotel also support meal. Only limitation is that it is little far from main street. But slient and safe.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the stuff very friendly. They invited me for lunch and the hotel manager drove me to my next hotel. It's a very nice place to visit Nha Trang.

The room is very big, and you can eat out a lot. When you go out in the alley, go left and walk straight across the road to the beach in 3 minutes.

We had a very good stay. The pool at the rooftop was great. The staff were great. He cost was excellent.

Good hotel. The only big minus is that the wi-fi didn't work well, you had to go downstairs or share it from your phone, otherwise it was good.

I stayed 2 nights. nice hotel, friendly staff. daily cleaning, they offer bottled water everyday. solid Wifi. very soft mattress, maybe too soft for some people. few steps to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops.

There was mold in the toilet, the Vietnamese never bother with this because they don't care about themselves or others.

Couldn’t ask for anything more to be honest! Maybe shower doesn’t leak so much through the door but it’s nothing to complain about honestly

A lot of noise from outside even on 10th floor, fungus in the bathroom, make up residu on one of the pillows. Location is good, close to the beach pool is small but nice, Breakfast is good.
