sauna never works, it's stuffed with laundry and garbage. gym same, machines are not working. manager asks for passport on check-in as deposit, but all furniture is cheap and there isnt even minibar drinks, so what's that for?

We stayed as a family and were disappointed overall. The hotel is far from the city center, room cleanliness was poor, and breakfast quality was below average. The early check-in fee was very high, the TV is not smart.

We booked a family room with sea view as advertised on the app, but the room we received did not have a sea view, which was misleading. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in service and accuracy of information.

The hotel is located on the northern side of the city's main road, offering quick access to the center. A good northern beach is also nearby. The area is quiet; you can sleep with the windows open at night as there's hardly any noise (my windows faced the city).

The rooms are spacious, around 25-30 square meters.

The room was well-renovated, though the sink being in the main room was a bit surprising.

The staff are very friendly, helpful with all questions, and communicate very nicely!

The hotel met almost all my expectations. The only downside was the lack of good chain grocery stores nearby and fresh fruit stalls. Also, the food options in the immediate vicinity were mostly limited to Vietnamese cuisine.

The hotel has parking, and it's a 3-minute scooter ride to good restaurants and shops.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay!

A bad experience compared to the general level of tourism in Nha Trang, it made me feel down even though the room view was very nice, the staff worked in a professional manner and in the evening I couldn't ask for room amenities, towels and toiletries, the reason the staff left... a bad experience...

I stayed at this hotel for one night.
It's located between North Beach and Marina Bay.
The breakfasts are good, there's a pool, and overall it's good.
The rooms are cozy, with a gorgeous sea view.

The view from the window is absolutely stunning, it's clean, and everything's fine overall. It's 20 minutes from the northern beach and 15 minutes from Marina Beach. The staff is friendly, but not all of them. It's livable. The breakfasts are significantly worse than at the Libra Hotel.

This Hotel is at the far end of Nha Trang, its quieter and more peaceful although there are some nice restaurants and cafe's within walking distance. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax.
