HOTEL CITRUS in Gagra

A great place for a quiet family vacation, spacious and bright rooms with all the amenities, a heated pool, and a rooftop steam room with stunning mountain views. The staff is also very professional and attentive. The only drawback is the lack of pork-free meat products, which is why my wife and I visited other establishments in the city.

The hotel is relatively new, good repair, furniture and plumbing, the rooms are very spacious, bright, there are panoramic windows and a large balcony overlooking the mountains, there is an elevator. Around, of course, devastation, but the rest does not interfere at all. Very close to the train tracks, trains passed a couple of times, but they don't run at night, so it's pretty quiet. We were in April, there were already quite a lot of people, there was pandemonium at breakfast) The neighbors in the room can be heard well, the soundproofing is C grade, we slept in earplugs. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and the room has bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, kettle, cups and a couple of bottles of water. Refrigerator - one name, almost does not cool, in the summer it is not functional at all. Breakfast is a buffet, they offer porridge, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, sausages, cheesecakes, there were even potato pancakes, some sweets and fruits, they prepare oriental coffee in the bar (there is no coffee machine). I can’t rate the pool, it was cool, we didn’t dare to swim. There is a small car park in front of the hotel, in season it will be a problem to find a place. Very close to the sea, 5-7 minutes walk, next to the delicious Amore restaurant and Brioche cafe, where you can watch the sunsets. Highly recommend)

Great hotel, large modern rooms, everything is clean, there is a swimming pool, sauna. Near the beach, many restaurants and cafes. The main thing is not to be conceited, now the price corresponds to the quality.

The Citrus hotel in Gagra is new, opened in 2021. We were on New Year's holidays, met 2022. Clean and comfortable on all floors, Wi-Fi works great, everything works in the rooms, bathrobes, towels are all new. On the roof there is a swimming pool with warm water, there is a sauna, beautiful views of the sea and mountains open from the roof. The price includes a breakfast buffet with a good set of dishes, there is oriental coffee. Quiet area at the entrance to Gagra, 5 minutes walk to the sea. The staff is very friendly and responsive, resolve issues immediately. This made us feel at home. Thank them for this. We fell in love with ourselves and the hotel. We'll be back for sure.
