Wellness Park Hotel All-Inclusive in Gagra

My husband and I vacationed here from August 29th to September 4th, 2025. We were fooled by the hotel's high ratings (((but alas, it's all untrue!!!! Let's start with check-in (
The girl at the reception was very unfriendly, threw a whole volume of some rules at us, saying, "Read and sign"), didn't offer a Wi-Fi password, didn't give us the concept, honestly, this is the first time I've seen this. Well, let's move on to the so-called restaurant ((The food is simply disgusting (unsanitary, no napkins on the tables, spices scattered across different tables, crumbs on the tables, and the staff just stands there, listening to music and dancing). The bar had beer, lemonade, and water, and not always (it advertised fries, nuggets, and popcorn, none of that, or rather, some plate of cold fries the bartender brought from somewhere and put on it, saying, "Help yourself" (((The beach is also a separate area) The whole thing is a story, there are rebars sticking out right in the water, it's not safe to swim there, you have to go somewhere further. There are no umbrellas there, just some kind of strange canopy and that's it. There are no trash cans or anything at all!!! On top of that, we had rotavirus, and we got it there too. People were simply horrified by the service! The linens and towels were all stained. The grounds looked like they'd been in a war, it was very uncomfortable to be there!!! I'm appealing to the hotel management, do you think we're some kind of pigs, feeding us like that and all that? And there's some kind of river or sewer leaking on the hotel grounds, it's unclear. I've been to Abkhazia three times, and in lower-class hotels everything was fine, but here it's just a NIGHTMARE. WHAT 5 STARS HERE ARE 2 STARS!!!
People with rotavirus are lying in rooms with fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. We had to go to the hospital for an IV (because... The next day we flew out, and there were surprises there too! The IV drip cost 3800₽ (+460₽)—you have to buy everything you need for the IV yourself at the pharmacy across the street, and then there's the taxi there and back. Such adventures! ((((There are no animations, the gym is terrible, there's nothing to do in this hotel!

People, run away from there. The tour operator presented the hotel as a 5, but in reality it is no more than a 2+. Everything that is written about the hotel on the website is a complete lie. The staff says that the hotel is rented. Everything is reduced to a minimum to shake money out of people. The tour operator is silent, it is obvious that they are in on it. 100% of all who came have rotavirus. It is simply awful. The beach is open until 17:00. The food in the "restaurant" is disgusting. There is no bar at all. The room was not cleaned. There is no anesthesia. Even children are bored.

I'd like to leave you a review of our hotel. I'll start with the pool, it's inflatable and they don't change the water.
Near the pool, there's only one shower for the entire hotel, a broken hose, and a cheap faucet.
The dining room is the worst I've ever seen. The food never changes. Every day, it's the same old thing in the same place: buckwheat with carrots on top for lunch, and pasta for lunch, but the same thing with cheese for dinner. 🤷‍♀️ So, in essence, it was the same thing, but with different decorations, every day.
We went to the cafe near the New Athos beach, called Mama's Cafe.
At our all-inclusive hotel, which you can't even call a cafeteria, I wouldn't even pay 50 rubles for that kind of food.
Everything is old, tasteless, stale, weather-beaten, and absolutely disgusting.
I've never seen a worse sea than a beach; I couldn't even imagine such a thing. Free beaches all over Gagra, and at least they're uncrowded. The beach is terrible, like it's been bombed. The children's play area is depressing. They were working on the grounds. The photos didn't match the reality. It's good we didn't catch anything since we didn't swim or eat.
Maybe they're doing renovations and it will be beautiful in a couple of years, but why should we pay so much money to not eat or swim, just sleep on a hard mattress?
There's no limit to how calm we can be. They change the bed linen and towels every four days, that's always been the case. There's no potty for the child, two high chairs, one of which is broken, so if you sit the child down without even noticing, he'll just fall off. It was like a village vacation; everything around is in disrepair. We passed the Amra Hotel, there's a nice, smooth, clean beach, everything around is beautiful, less crowded, more civilized. At least you could rent a room without meals and relax, eat whenever you want and as much as you want. I really regret choosing all-inclusive and the Weĺnes Hotel.
