A good hotel for a pleasant stay. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are always delicious. Unfortunately, there aren't enough umbrellas (they have to be taken early in the morning). Building 1 has bathtubs instead of showers, which is inconvenient. And, crucially for vacationers, the internet is poor. Otherwise, everything is wonderful! Come and relax. You won't regret it.

The worst hotel in the world...
Dirty, rude attitude of the staff...
They wash the floors and places where food is right during the meal, without letting you take food.
The floor in the hotel is dirty. There is no cleaning system in the pool.
There are no towels for the shower in the rooms (I have never seen this before) they are paid. They gave two towels for the face, and we are 2 adults and 2 children, we had to ask for more towels.

In the evening we discovered that there were no bedspreads on the beds. We went to the reception, asked. We waited until 1 am, went again, asked. In the end, another hour passed, we went to the reception again. Everyone was sleeping there.
The security guard began to threaten us with reprisals for walking and asking. He said wait...
In the end, only at 3 am we received the bedspreads with a scandal.

The guesthouse is excellent. This year the rooms are renovated. Service is 5+. The buffet food is excellent. The hostel exceeded all expectations. Come, you won't regret it. To the sea 50 meters sunbeds umbrellas everything is given out beach towels! especially thanks to our maid Angela 1 junior suite building linen change of towels all on time! thanks to our guards Beslan and Vasilyech for a good reception in the Caucasus! we went early in the morning and brought coffee! thank you all! we arrived on 16.06.22 we are leaving on 28.06! Yekaterinburg

Rooms are good. There is air conditioning, tv ... but the beds are not comfortable squeaky. The mattresses and pillows are not comfortable .... We booked a room with a double bed .... 2 single beds were moved to us in the room ... as if it was a double bed. Wildly not comfortable .... my back ached from such sleeping places. food is good .. food is varied. .. the sea is nearby ... the territory is clean ...

The only thing that I liked here was delicious food, everything else was of terrible quality, the bathroom was moldy, there were many defects in the room, the pool was all battered, the attitude of the staff was not great.

We rested in August 2019. Located in a picturesque place of old Gagra (sea and mountains). In our opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Gagra. Great place for a family holiday. A small but very well-groomed cozy area, its own beach (small pebbles). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is excellent (especially the baked goods). There is a children's room, and there is a cafe on site. Responsive staff. I would like to note that we had an early check-out and were provided with a hot breakfast an hour and a half before the restaurant opened. We recommend taking rooms with a sea view (otherwise it can be quite noisy in the evening). There is a swimming pool, but it didn't work (it didn't matter to us).
