Absolutely excellent hospitality. We felt very welcome. The rooms were fantastic (with awesome views), the breakfast was delicious, the location is central and the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. Would happily stay again when next in Berat!

Very good location, close to the center and with all facilities nearby. Beautiful view from the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. Cozy restaurant and delicious food. And above all very positive and helpful staff. Completely satisfied with the stay at this hotel

The hotel was lovely, staff were great and very attentive and helpful. Free parking available on site. Room was clean with towels, shower gels and slippers provided. The views from the hotel room were lovely, overlooking the town and mountains. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety and great coffee, they also had oat milk as an alternative. Lovely location in a nice area of Berat close to the centre, great for a nights stay.

Really great location, everything is nearby, parking is a big plus, getting there is feasible. Very friendly staff, nice room, amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was always the same, but delicious, coffee was good!

Our original booking in Berat was cancelled - and what a stroke of luck that turned out to be! We couldn't have ended up at a better place than Hotel Rezidenca Desaret. It's a lovely family-run hotel where service is truly a top priority. The whole family is so welcoming, especially the two young women who work incredibly hard and go above and beyond for their guests. I left feeling like I had gained a new family! ❤️

Breakfast was perfect - served directly at the table and super fresh. The only thing we missed was having plant-based milk options, but everything else was absolutely spot on 👌🏼

The location is ideal: you're in the center of town in no time, and it takes about 20–25 minutes on foot to reach Berat Castle. The walk is steep, but definitely a must while you're in Berat. There is a mini market and a supermarket nearby and all the restaurant surrounds you.

The view from our room was phenomenal, and the rooms themselves are spotless and spacious - even with four of us staying together. You'll also find thoughtful touches like a TV, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and a mini-fridge you can stock with drinks.

They also offer private parking, which is a huge plus in a town like Berat. Overall, this place offers outstanding value for money: warm hospitality, great location, and everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended! 🌟

Located at the start of the steep street up to the castle, this family run place is super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern but the one we were in (# 111) was smallish. All amenities work well and parking is available. Breakfasts were a standout and served with panache. It is an easy walk into the centre of town, but a trudge up to the castle unless you have a car (we did). We loved this place for a 2 night stay in lovely Berat.

Fantastic place with good communication. We were messaged the moment we arrived into Tirana, asking for our estimated time of arrival. Reception then text us on route making sure all was ok and if we needed directions then to let her know, we arrived safely. Parking is a little tight, but they make it work. The room was excellent and tidy, with a perfect view of Berat, which BTW, was also fantastic. Breakfast in the morning, 0800 - 1000hrs, was substantial and tasty. . Only disappointment was only having a single night before setting of to our next destination. When we return, this hotel will definatley be on our list to stay

This was an absolutely delightful find in the city of Ohrid. It was lovely to have a private balcony that had an amazing view of the city for our late night snack. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Oh and the breakfast was AMAZING!

Great location, right in the center. Balcony if you have the same suite, will be amazed by the views of the town. All the reastaurants are very next or walking distance. The breakfast ala carte,-they bring everything from the menu, not possible to eat))) In common, highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I think it would be hard to find a hotel with better views. The room was clean, and exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly, and they do speak English, Italian, German, and Shqip. Beds were comfy, TV works good with a lot of channels, and the bathroom facilities were very clean, with what you need. But... CHECK OUT THIS VIEW!!! I could spend days on this balcony.
