Disappointing hotel experience
We booked this hotel a month in advance, but upon arrival it was fully booked. We were redirected to a cheaper hotel that did not match what we had reserved. The photos online do not reflect reality. Very disappointing — I would not recommend booking this hotel.

I booked this hotel from Dec 28-30 several weeks prior and upon arrival there were no guests or staff. The hotel was under renovation/construction. There was no communication either from Orbitz or Belagrita Hotel about situation or I should not have been allowed to book this hotel for these dates. Wasted my family time while on vacation visiting Berat.

In first look hotel s nice. Rooms are spacious, but it dosent deserve 4 stars defenetly. We traveled witg goup of 20 people. Brecfast should be from 1-10am, but already 7:20 all food run out and staff answering that we dont have more we need to go shoping😳 if you want nice memories your stay in Berat choose better different hotel and hope you have more luck.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not well connected to the city center. Shoddy quality: broken toilet seat, unfinished stuff.
When I tried to shower in the morning there was no hot water, and the drain on the center of the bathroom was clogged so water started coming out of it and the bathroom flooded. The buffet was shockingly bad and the bread was stale. The swimming pool was closed (in August!)

The hotel is ok, too gaudy for my taste but clean and with easy access (you come in through the gas station US roadside model style).
The room was big, clean and seemed well maintained though sparsely decorated, great contest with the common areas that are filled with gold details and kitsch decor.

An amazing place to stay especially value for money. For wine lovers is the best place to test, drink and stay.

Rooms’ standard is acceptable but we got one with the windows pointed towards some industrial area and we had to sleep with closed windows because of the very loud noises in the middle of the night. The real problem of this hotel is the service. The lady at the reception desk gave the key to our room to some other guests and she didn’t even apologize for the mistake. The breakfasts are badly organized, they should start at 7, but every time there was a ~15 mins delay, although the staff new we were larger, organized group. When we got to the buffet after waiting in a long line there was actually not much left to eat and nobody from the staff resupplied it. I will definitely avoid this place in the future.

I don't understand how a hotel that's supposed to have four stars can stay, at dinner time, without cold beers, without ice, and without credit cards. In Madrid, any guesthouse has more resources. The location is great for sleeping. It's far from everything. There were no taxis to explore the city at night. In short, it was horrible.

Amazing hotel,rooms are very spaceous,built in neoclassic style,breakfast is served in large quantities,staff is alway there to help and very positive,hotel is well maintained and incredibly clean in all facilities.Menagment staff work hard to fulfill their guests needs and are very helpful. Thank Belagrita for your generosity!

Great hotel,the staff were very proffesional and helpful, very clean hotel .
I dont understand where these negative reviews come from, we had a great conversation with owners and they were very welcoming girls and open minded,they helped me for everything i asked.they also have their winery and the wines that we tried were amazing.
