Hotel Nertili in Sarande

I spent New Year's Eve with my family in Hotel Nertili.The rooms were comfortable and we had sea view which was nice.The staff was very kind and helpful.The dinner at the restaurant was delicious and everything was perfectly cooked.We had a great time at the New Year's Eve dinner they had organised.I am sure this place is also a very good choice during the summer so I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nertili in Saranda, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm, welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the Ionian Sea, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and the town center, making it super convenient for exploring.

The room was spotless, well-equipped, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and style. I loved the modern décor, and the balcony with the sea view was an absolute highlight—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset.

The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options, catering to all tastes, and the restaurant has some of the best local dishes I’ve ever had in Albania.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local sights and ensuring that everything during my stay went smoothly.

If you’re looking for a peaceful yet centrally located spot to stay in Saranda with exceptional service, I highly recommend Hotel Nertili. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A very clean hotel on the sea front with its own private beach.
If you have mobility issues, this hotel may not be for you. Although each floor is accessed by a lift. To actually get to the hotel, you need to arrive by car or walk down numerous steps. There is a photo of the steps you will have to climb if you want to go for a walk.
My room was on the second floor and was very clean with a comfy bed, good air-conditioning, and a great shower.
Shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste were provided. My only issue was that the pillows were too deep. It's a problem I have with most hotels.
The room also had a small fridge that had two complimentary bottles of water in it.
Breakfast was plentiful and probably the most choice I have had at any of my previous six stays in hotels in Albania. You also get a lovely sea view from the restaurant where you have breakfast.
It would help guests if the breakfast items had name plates indicating what each item is.
WiFi worked well in the reception, restaurant, and my room.
The staff were helpful, particularly the young girl on reception who helped me with information I needed from an Albanian who couldn't speak English.
I would happily stay at the hotel again.

Hotel Nertil is just amazing. Me and my family felt like home there. The service and the hotel staff were very kind with us. The food at Ulah was more than delicious and worth the money You are simply respected there so it's definitely worth-visited. Highly recommended! Florent, Bleta, Fron, Arra

The hotel is new and really good, our room did not have a balcony so make sure to ask for a room with a balcony (personal preference) they have a private beach area and it is really good just make sure to bring water shoes as there are sea urchins in the water and the beach is with pebbles. The receptionist can be more polite as there was a case when she was not very professional, other than this the place is really good.

Great value, excellent hotel
First time visit to Albania. Wonderful 4 nights. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus). We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). Sea is clear. The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice). The only issue as with most of Sarande expect steep stairs or driveways down to the hotels. Not a major issue for us, but could be for some. However, taxis will drive down to reception. Hotel was very clean. Maybe missing a tea and coffee making facilities in our room , would be the only gripe . The bar next door, serves great food and drink and overlooks the sea. A lovely place to catch the sunset.
