The hotel we choose every time we visit Saranda. The view is simply spectacular, overlooking the sea and the charming small port. Service is always impeccable, with genuine smiles that make you feel at home. The rooms have been beautifully renovated this year. Everything is spotless. And the prices are among the most competitive in Saranda.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel with the best view in Saranda — nothing else compares. The rooms are spotless, the conditions are excellent, and the staff is always respectful and welcoming. The hotel also offers parking, and within just a two-minute walk you can reach the promenade. We have been loyal guests here for a long time, and we will most certainly keep coming back.

Fabulous location with a great view of the harbour! Friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Close to many very good dining options.

I stayed here in August 2025 and was really disappointed with the experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—there was black mold in the shower, stained sheets, dirt throughout the room, and even what looked like handprints on the walls.
On top of that, no towels were provided for the final 24 hours of my stay despite multiple requests. We were told laundry hadn’t arrived, but no alternative solution was offered. For a hotel of this level, it’s unacceptable not to have basic amenities like clean towels available.
The location is wonderful though and the views are great. Hopefully management takes steps to improve, because the property has potential but is nowhere near where it should be.

Absolutely top location, extremely nice receptionist, very clean and big rooms, everything working- hot water, a/c, comfortable beds, even a good curtain to keep the loght away. Also, cattle and tea and coffee bags available plus slippers. And you cant beat the view! Thank you. We will be back!

Amazing staff, truly. The Balcony, big wow factor. Not a bad word to say. A/C. Great. Comfortable beds. Great English speaker. Breakfast, you call downstairs 10 -15 minutes ( so quick). And they changed what they served, for day to day. Delicious, for sure.
