The room was great, lots of space and balcony was fabulous. The sea view wasn’t quite what shows in pictures. We know it’s end of summer but hotel advertises restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner along with beach bar. Only breakfast served. Everything else rolled up. Nice hotel, friendly staff! Free breakfast was definitely helpful. Only drawback was the drainage smell in the bathroom, but we found that in other hotels in Albania too.

Room views are fantastic to the beach. The room and the bathroom is massive and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioner very powerful and super big balcony

Clean hotel, right next the beach (own small beach). Willing receptionist and cleaning stuff. We are here 4 friends in the end of September. Nice weather. We have apartman no.2, it is aviable and big enough for all of us (or for 2 adult + 2 children). Perfect breakfast. I recomend ;)

Perfect location, 5 minute stroll from the port and easy walk to the main strip of bars and resturants. Got a lovely private beach. The room is light and spacious with gorgeous sea views from balcony. Breakfast is aquate, the terrace setting is stunning.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless sooo clean, with a spacious balcony that made it feel extra special. Daily sheet changes were a nice touch, and the reception staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. Highly recommend. 👍🇦🇱

Luxury and comfortable with an Incredible view but we were promised parking when we booked, and they sayd we can park on the road and not move the car or the parking will be taken whoever sees it empty. Parking is a really big problem in Saranda and we booked there just because it said it included it.

This is a new modern house. We had a flat on the second floor, including balcony. The standard is high, hence you can see, that the works in the property have not yet been finished. A big source of noise is the street. The cars are present late during the night 😔

Room was very clean and big. Bathhouse was quite small though. Room came with a fridge, LCD tv, kitchenette, hair dryer, AC. It had two extra bunk beds which will have been great for a family. This place is located from the beach in 10 minutes, but if you go just downstairs you’ll get it for 5 minutes. The host is really helpful, and customer-oriented and her English is really good. The hotel is in a very good location. 5 minutes walk and you are in the city. The hotel is run by a very friendly family who are always ready to help with advice and tips for the best beaches. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is the best, there is always delicious food for children and adults.We will be coming again next year.

This is our 5th year of going here on vacation. Eleni and her family are the best thing that can happen to you in Saranda to meet them. This is a family like no other. A family in the right place that takes you as a member of their family. We are happy to go here and will continue to go. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is the best, lots of choice for everyone.

Lovely family-run hotel with an amazing sea view. The breakfasts were great and the whole place felt really cozy. It’s a bit outside the city center, but for us that was a big plus — we could actually get some good sleep. The beach is about 1.5 km away, so you do need to walk a bit, but honestly, with the great service and price, it didn’t bother us at all.

Everything was perfect. The hotel room was clean and spacious with a large terrace. The hotel is next to the beach, they have private beach so you don't have to pay for the sunbed and umbrella. The food was very tasty. If you like the seafood, you must try the fried mix with french fries. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claudiu. Friendly staff. Lovely room with Seaview. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Private beach with beach beds and in it's own bay which was cleaner than the main Sarande beach. Plentiful breakfast. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna wasn't turned on until 4 which meant it didn't really get hot enough to use which was disappointing, but apart from this couldn't fault it.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, clean rooms and hotel in general. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel's facilities and private beach are just wonderful. The jacuzzi and the indoor pool were not heated but that did not bother us much as we mostly went to the beach. Would definitely come back!!

Very good apartment hotel, luxurious, private beach but with pebbles and a little rocky, remember to bring your beach shoes. Varied braided breakfast with great view. Parking available. We upgraded to a suite with sea view and a large balcony! I recommend.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide whatever you need. The cleaning lady was super kind and welcoming. In one of the rooms we had an issue with the doors, and the additional bed was a sofa which can be a bit tricky if you’re taller than 180 cm. Despite the barking dogs all night & mosquitos if I opened the windows I didn’t sleep and had an early start Luke on reception was really helpful so I’d rate this hostel highly. It's a small quaint hostel that has a lot of great things about it. One, it's in a great location 5 minutes from the beach, close to shops, and right by the bus station. Secondly, the hostel is small but has a nice community feeling about it. We booked a private room which was available on hostelworld but when we got there we found out the people in it had decided to stay so instead we were put in a dorm, although we got it to ourselves. It's a very laid-back, hippyish hostel with a few rooms and is run by a chilled out lady. Great hostel! Yolanda was the best host, she was so friendly and helped us with everything. She also mades us crêpes for breakfast! There is no air-conditioning, so it gets pretty hot at night, but for the rest the hostel is very good!

The light on the balcony stayed on all night and could not be controlled from the room so it did make it light in the room as the curtain did not close properly. The hotel is not located in the center of the city nor is it on the sea. To reach the hotel one has to climb a steep concrete slope. There is only one small elevator. The room is okay, but small. The bed is firm, the water is hot. The shower is slippery and it sprays water into the rest of the bathroom making it slippery, too. Dinner was not a success. Breakfast was better.

Nicely positioned hotel, close to the best beaches in Saranda. Recently renovated, it was very clean and room was very spacious. The thing we liked the most is that it is managed by a family, thus they make you feel a part of them! Very helpful, very kind and warm people! The food menu was good, also felt like a regular breakfast you would have at home. I highly recommend!

Great view but off season no pool nothing was there...everything was shutdown on the day

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained.
