We had a wonderful stay with our family in April 2025. The kids especially loved the playground area – it kept them entertained for hours! The structure was well-maintained, and the panoramic sea view was truly breathtaking. Highly recommended for families

We came back here, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! This resort offers everything you could ask for: breathtaking sea views, a dedicated kids' zone, and even a winter swimming pool – truly something for every season. A special shoutout to Daniel, the young and energetic employee who tirelessly juggled multiple tasks with ease. Big applause for his dedication! 👏🏼 The complex itself features lovely, well-designed suites, a super helpful and friendly staff, and to top it all, the best manager, Mr. Alban, who truly ensures every guest has an exceptional stay. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such high standards! We’d definitely recommend this resort to every family looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We rented a private apartment (Vlora Home). Apartment was almost as advertised but smaller than expected. Host was miserable and on the day we were checking out was almost an hour late. We nearly missed our planned activity because Diamond Hill reception would not accept the key (although when we checked in they asked had a key been left for us - so they obviously do this service. Staff at Diamond Hill were mostly miserable except for one girl that did her best to help us with everything. Another annoyance was that we had to pay €40 to access the pool. Not mentioned in the booking or on ***********. Added nearly 40% to the cost of our stay. Not in the best area and is a little way out from the main area. Some local restaurants but were not that great. I would love to say stay here but I’m afraid it’s one to miss for me.

What e terrible place, I have never been to a place in such unacceptable order! The restaurant staff were charging items that we didn’t order and brought to the table items not ordered. We tried to speak with the reception and they didn’t care, furthermore, their attitudes were horrendous! Our items were missing from the room, we forgot something in the room and came back few minutes later...but apparently no one saw it and no one took it, maybe evaporated! Please DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO!

Very poor, horrible and rude communication from the staff especially reception and finance staff. Totally do not recommend it ! Really below expectations of what they advertise and claim. For sure neither me nor my colleagues will come back to them!

Nice to be a bit out of town, it gets busy in the summer. Take a taxi into town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from many rooms. Breakfast is good. The onsite restaurant is great. Roof top lounge is a nice setting to unwind. The kids love the pools.

The room was perfect and huge, had also a living room inside. The staff was amazing, and very helpful speaking also Greek and English. The pool was amazing and the breakfast also.

Very nice hotel with specious rooms and good food 👌. A rooftop bar is a unique place in hotel. Hotel personnel is very friendly with a lot of respect for your privacy. Unfortunately, there's no hotel beach, so you have to drive or walk around. Despite that, it was a very nice place to stay. Recommend that 👌

We booked a room for a night. When it was time to leave they added additional costs that were supposed to be included in the stay. For instance, they charged us for drinks and breakfast. Complete rip off.
I spoke with locals and was informed that this hotel has shady business practices. Book at your own risk. The place is empty of any locals for a reason.
Make sure you do your homework and don't get burned by sleazy people. No accountability here.

It was the best resort in the south of Albania, you could easily recognize the importance they give to the cleanness, The family suite was very large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The staff at the restaurant, at the bar and at the hotel (receptionists and houkeepers) were very nice and well trained. Definitely will come back!!!😍

I had an amazing experience at Diamond Hill&Spa Resort.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The resort were beautifully maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The outdoor pool was very very clear.
The SPA was amazing.
The food at the restaurants was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
