For a four-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired; it really needs a major update.

A decent hotel in the mountains. Breakfasts are basic, but the staff is friendly. You can walk around and enjoy the views.

Arinsal Good starting Point for hikes in national parc

The place was perfect for us. Clean and cosy. Stuff was really friendly and helpful. Ski shuttle just infront of the door.

Property is in a good location in Arinsal . Great restaurants close by to dine and much quieter then La Massana .

Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

Nice apartment hotel. 1 km from the town, where there are plenty of dining options. Good, extensive breakfast. Otherwise, a well-maintained hotel. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning in the room, so it was a bit warm to sleep.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella. It has free outdoor parking, or for €12 (a good price), it also has covered parking. It's not very big, but you don't need much more for parking. Room was a bit small and we requested a twin room but ended up with a double bed.. staff were very friendly and helpful.. food was very good and you get a choice of 3 mains and a sweet and a buffet starter.. the main portions were pretty big and I couldn't eat all of it. My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to this hotel for a skiing holiday. It is a really friendly and comfortable hotel. The staff are really helpful and the food is fantastic.

Our ski trip to Andorra, which was our 3rd week skiing of the 2024/2025 season was set to be a different experience for us. Our usual haunts are the French Alps, and we usually stay self-catering. After seeing a good deal offered by crystal ski for this place and reading others reviews we booked one week half board .the value and quality of the food alone would make this place great .couple that with the staff it is amazing .not on the piste but free bus service works great (lovely driver who honks his horn when he sees you walking in the rain and lets you on even if not at the bus stop!)

Superb! A bit away from the slopes but there's a free bus outside which takes you to the gondola. Room was comfortable & clean but by far the best food I've ever had in a hotel restaurant! Skiing was decent as far as I managed but I damaged my cruciate on the 3rd day. Hotel were spot on looking after me. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. The reception personal were all lovely and helpful:)

Super value for money, great location with free parking at Ski area carpark. Good simple breakfast and relaxing bar. Our room overlooked the small river at the back of the hotel. Staff were efficient and super friendly.

Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

I giving 4* only because I was missing some vegetables at breakfast and eggs were really cold. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean (only they are using some aromatic cleaning products).

Can’t speak more highly of this hotel, it is literally across the road from the ski lift and within a minute or two’s walk from a variety of restaurants. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night. The room is a bit small, but we just used it to shower and sleep. Not being inside the capital made for a quiet night sleep. We were a party of 12 (4 adults with 8 teens/kids) and we are just back from a 5 night stay at the Ushuaia hotel in Arinsal. We had a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located beside a chair lift up to the slopes and the ski rental / ski lockers were located at the hotel. Most of us skied back down in the evenings but you could also take the chair lift down which was a plus with the smaller kids...

Could not find a fault with the Ushuaia. Stayed there with a large family group last week and the hotel catered for everyone perfectly. The food is fabulous with a great selection both morning and evening, staff amazing, spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for those who wanted to jump on chair lift and ski!
