I have now visited several hotels in Andorra and this is by far my best. The staff has a level of service that I have rarely seen and experienced. Had a week skiing and this was our base. Very close to the main gondola, around 50 metres, which lead you to the slopes. Hotel was very clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Great experience

The hotel was very good, there is a bar and games for kids and the room is orginized and clean, but i had a little bit hard time sleeping because of the pillows, but as son as i told then they replaced It and i had very good time

The hotel has the most helpful staff you could ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choices were extensive. I can’t comment on dinner because we were B&B, but it seemed very popular. Firstly there was nothing wrong. More importantly all the staff we experienced were very helpful and genuinely pleasant. We were always greeted by lovely smiles, friendly interactions and efficient service. A credit to your team and your management.

The location is amazing , atmosphere immaculate , everything is very clean including a nice smell all around the place. Food is great , and last but not least people here are amazing. We have just returned from a stay with Hotel Rutllan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Overall is a great choice.

Nice staff, good location in town, parking was not an issue. For me, the hotel feels like it is stuck in the 1980s. Our room was a little worn, slightly yellow bath water, cheap bedding. I do recommend the hotel however - just don't expect a modern hotel experience.

The hotel is warm and spotlessly clean. 1 min walk to gondola and has own ski room. Very new and nice room. But what made it so special were the super friendly staff. Just be aware there is no AC 3 fans in one room and balcony still so hot just that.

Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.

Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend. Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night.

It's not bad for a two star hotel .. the breakfast is a big continental , very good .. strange thing .. you can make a cup of tea but the kettle is in the lobby and you take the cup back to your room .. but it's ok .. the walk to town is about five minutes ish away , down hill all the way .. did not take too long to get back ..

Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. They also offer a breakfast (€7 per person) and dinner (€15 per person). We took advantage of the breakfast to start our day during our stay. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

A great hotel and amazing staff! When I arrived (after a 3hr coach journey), I wasn't sure what to expect when told there are two buildings and I was in the other. This was a very nice hotel, hot because there is no AC. The grounds were very lovely, but the restaurant was a little strange. But the food was overall good.

We arrived at the room, and it smelled strongly of perfume. We laughed about how someone had died there, but the aura faded when it simply started to stink of sewage. That's the whole story.

We had a awesome time here. Super friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Laundry facilities were easy to use and lots of help if you need it.
