A wonderful stay at the Magic Ski hotel which form the accommodation or experience could not have been better especially for the reasonable cost. It’s located in the same block as the gondola, ski hire shops and a really nice bar. There is even a route through from the hotel boot room to the lift, so easy. We were staying at the sister hotel (Hotel Del Pui) which was also excellent. We had to go to the Hotel Magic Ski for our evening meals. Johania and her team running the dinning room were excellent. The service was on point, the whole team were attentive, proactive and helpful. The food was excellent both in terms of options, freshness and availability. I cannot rate our experience higher. The hotel has the most helpful staff you could ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choices were extensive. I can’t comment on dinner because we were B&B, but it seemed very popular. Great spot for a trip to Andorra. Pool is down the street from the hotel (it’s part of the club de tenis) but was nice to have a swim with the views it offers. Back again this year at the Del Pui for a short ski holiday. The location is superb - so close to the Pal gondola station and a variety of ski equipment hire shops in the immediate locality. From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. Christina at reception welcomed us like we were family. The hotel is warm and spotlessly clean. 1 min walk to gondola and has own ski room. Very new and nice room. But what made it so special were the super friendly staff. Rooms great! Daily cleaning, new towels , nice warm bathrooms, balcony and beautiful view! Ski storage, and very kind staff! Stayed at the Magic hotel in Massana for a ski trip with my son and pleasantly surprised as you never know what to expect, very helpful staff, stayed half board and the restaurant was excellent.

Having returned from a 6 day trip to L ma Massana for a Ski trip of 21 people (5 families with kids ranging from 6-15) the Magic Ski really lived up to its name. Stayed here on half board as part of our first ski holiday. Reception staff very helpful, as were bar and restaurant staff. The food was good, fresh and with a decent variety considering the size of the hotel. Ski lockers in the underground car park were a big help. Location from gondola around 50m which meant we were able to walk to it in our ski boots. Recommend for those wanting a nice cosy hotel...

Awesome location and the building is cozi and spacious. Very nice spa, clean and quiet. The only really negative point was the smell of the room, a musty smell like really old furniture.

Absolutely perfect mountain getaway in the Pyrenees. We stayed at Hotel Rutllan for a weekend on the half-board with spa package and loved every minute. I spent one day here. The room was nice and very spacious. I used the spa, where I had a nice rest. The receptionist was very friendly and smiling. Overall satisfaction, I recommend visiting.
