Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of February. Small hotel with compact rooms but perfect for a short stay.
Staff are friendly and efficient and communication before and during the stay was good.
The rooms although small are great, the beds are comfortable, the sheets crisp, white and good quality. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.
Breakfast in California grill was plentiful.
Location is perfect. Close to lift and car park. Underground car parking is also offered for a charge.
Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a weekend in Andorra. Just what I was looking for to escape the busy city center and explora Andorra. Gorgeous view, delish breakfast and the staff was lovely.

A very good and cozy hotel. Small but perfectly formed. A small breakfast was prepared especially for us. The room is newly renovated and very clean. Thorough daily cleaning. Helpful and very friendly receptionist.

The hosts were fantastic. Above and beyond to help in any way and even organised private transport for a day at another slope. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection. We had packed lunch/breakfast made and left for us as we left at 7am on our last day. Beautiful location and clean rooms. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be going back. Our large group have been many times and this was a first at this hotel. In our experience, one of the better options!

Can’t speak more highly of this hotel, it is literally across the road from the ski lift and within a minute or two’s walk from a variety of restaurants. Beds made and fresh towels everyday, with the option of a warm bath after a day of skiing. The rooms are a little small, but as you spend a fair bit time out of the hotel it is everything you need for a ski holiday. It is situated next to the local pub (the Derby) so can be a little noisy, however it was never really an issue and managed to get a good nights sleep each night. The hotel restaurant was busy every night, so book ahead! Staff were also lovely and accommodating!

I have just stayed at this hotel over half term week. We were a group of 16 . Fantastic service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem. Checked us all in before we arrived. We arrived late so that was brilliant we could go straight to our rooms. Breakfast was great well organised. We wanted to organise a trip to Arcalis they were so helpful organising transport which was not easy for 16 of us. We had an early flight back and made us breakfast packs to take with us. Which was fantastic for a 3 hour journey back to Barcelona. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Hotel Micolau.

Although the Micalou is a 2*, we felt that we received 5* treatment by the staff. Hotel is small but comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Araceli, was fantastic and could not do enough for us during our stay. Highly recommend this location if you need to be in Arinsal.

The main problem is the noise; otherwise, the staff and the rooms, although small, were perfectly adequate. The location is very good, but that pub next door, if it has a show, can ruin your rest. Thank you for the room change, but until the soundproofing is fixed, we probably won't return.
