Everything's fine, except there's no power outlet by my bed in my room, and I'm used to charging my devices by my bedside.

Excellent place. I booked a wide room which was exactly the description, 40 sqM. Good bed. Very kind front desk staff. The buffet formula for the dinner is a very good price for value option. Very kind brigade and Maître. Bar is beautiful is the good old time way, Pedro an absolute great bar tender. Only point, an opening slot at 7pm in winter is too late. Parking option is perfect. The hotel was outdated. Although clean, it felt like I'd stepped back into the 90s. I couldn't find any outlets near the bed. There were no king-size beds. They were simply pushed together.

A nice hotel, a little bit outdated, had a 1990s feel to it, the carpark is expensive and very tight to drive into even in a small car! However the hotel room was excellent value for money, no complaints.

The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

The hotel is nestled on a small hillside in a beautiful setting. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the complimentary drinking water bottles were lovely. I didn't want to throw them away and took them with me. The bathroom was also huge, with a jacuzzi! Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel location is near shopping and restaurants. The hotel fitness studio has spinning bikes which was perfect, as I was able to use my fitness apps. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely book again.

Our stay at Novotel Andorra was rewarding. The hotel is perfectly located near the city center, with the added benefit of convenient private parking. The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

We had a great time. They took us to the slopes with their shuttle service, back and forth, and after that we enjoyed their perfect wellness area and had some drinks at the bar. Last night we tried Fismuler and it was a 10/10. All the staff were amazingly welcoming.

Many guests in the room open the door to ventilate because the corridor is cooler than the room. It's very hot inside the house at night. Comfortable, but a bit far from the center. Clean and bright rooms with a lodge-type feel. Definitely comfortable. However, rates were largely inconsistent with wide variations - some days were 50 Euros, some days were 100 Euros. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Annoying 1.57 EUR city tax is collected on arrival - for goodness sake just include this in your rates! Staff are generally kind, but...

Nice Serene Retreat Room was very spacious - did they upgrade me ? Lovely beds/bedding, the shower was in the bath - so movement was compromised. Very quiet. No fridge in the room - but they did put some of my provisions in the Bar fridge. I was very pleased with my 4 nights here - and the price was accommodating - pardon the pun.

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.

I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

My husband and I stayed here, and it was great for sleeping. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and it has parking that isn't too expensive—much better than parking on the street. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It's also in a great location for shopping.
