Stayed at the Magic hotel in Massana for a ski trip with my son and pleasantly surprised as you never know what to expect, very helpful staff, stayed half board and the restaurant was excellent.

Back again this year at the Del Pui for a short ski holiday. The location is superb - so close to the Pal gondola station and a variety of ski equipment hire shops in the immediate locality. A wonderful stay at the Magic Ski hotel which form the accommodation or experience could not have been better especially for the reasonable cost. A very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking nature. The facilities are good; they have a children's play area in the lobby, which other hotels don't offer, and my daughters had a fantastic time. The dinner buffet could be improved; there wasn't much variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful few days and highly recommend it.

The value for money is quite good, and the breakfast buffet is adequate, though not very varied. The children's bunk bed in the rooms has a metal frame and no safety rails, so it's not suitable for young children. We couldn't use the top bunk because it didn't have side rails, and if the child turned around, they could fall.

A hotel in the historic center of Ordino, very friendly staff and very well treated, cozy, they have a dining room and a small bar service, I had an old room, and being holidays I can't rate the price because everything is expensive, the entrance is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Right next to the SPA Caldea. The room is big enough for backpack travelers. You can tell that the furniture is not anymore new but everything is clean. Very nice hotel near the city center. Rooms are clean with plenty of space and good views to the Valira. Don't book rooms 406 -410. The view is a parking lot wall that is inches away from the balcony. Great value in a great location. Our room was a little small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well situated, mere steps away from the famous Pyrenees Department Store. Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.

Yomo Hotels Review Very clean rooms, and the breakfast is good for the price. The overall quality is good. Customer service is OK. If you want to ski, the hotel is a bit far from the slopes, but if you want to go shopping, the location is perfect.
