Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

Excellent in every way. We turned up soaking wet on motorbikes, the reception was great. Very nice rooms with great views. The food was very good too.

I had a lovely stay at Abba Ordino Babot Hotel and would happily recommend it. The views are absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful snowy mountains, which makes the location feel peaceful and special. The location is great with nice mountain view. The room is also clean and nice. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Recommend it for anyone staying in Andorra.

One of the most beautiful places for an hotel, simple room vut the view is stunning. Pool was cute bit not fancy.

I booked a premium family room at this hotel for the view and surely the view from the hotel was amazing. The property itself is very pretty. The villages around are beautiful. Nice hotel, located a little out of the way which meant our bikes were safe. The checkin process was a little slow. Some staff were super friendly, Ruth was especially good. Rooms were very clean, but a little warm as no air conditioning. Breakfast was a real highlight, lots of tasty options. We opted for the set menu for dinner based on reccomendation of reception, but a la carte may be a better choice

Rooms were nice and clean, amenities were all provided. Service was amazing and staff were very helpful. The hotel is tucked away in the mountains and the view is beautiful and a couple minute drive to capital and hiking areas across the country. The hotel has parking on the premise.

Peaceful hotel The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. WIFI did not work in the room. I had to work in the hotel lobby.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned.

Great stay in a beautiful chalet on the mountain. Rushing waterfall outside created a peaceful white noise for quiet. Great staff and wonderful dinners.

A hotel in the historic center of Ordino, very friendly staff and very well treated, cozy, they have a dining room and a small bar service, I had an old room, and being holidays I can't rate the price because everything is expensive, the entrance is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Parking is very small, and the covered part is for their staff.

Great location in Ordino. Staff did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate ok and they were very friendly.

The hotel, you really can't say more, Eva, who managed everything in the hotel for us, is a 9.9 in friendliness and professionalism. Not like the trip.com app that left both parties sold with little clarity in the reservation sent to both parties. But the jotel, totally recommended, I will surely return.

Simple but beautiful and high quality hotel in an amazing location

The room smelt of cigarettes but then went away after a day or two. The service is great around food and drinks lovely people working here. The location isn’t great as there is no shops in walking distance.

My first trip to Andorra and we were lucky to start the trip at Hotel Sucara, due to short notice we had to vacate for the weekend and despite thinking we found somewhere that looked amazing, nothing compares to the service and location of Hotel Sucara. I've been lodging here over the last four years a few times each year. This isnt a shiny bougie hotel and I love that. This hotel is like staying with friends. Very clean hotel, friendly kind staff but only 1 understood & spoke English. Bruno was an excellent pleasure to deal with, very funny & helpful. Food was delicious. 3 course menu €19. Ample plateful each course. Lovely walk by the river. Lovely views.

A very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking nature. The facilities are good; they have a children's play area in the lobby, which other hotels don't offer, and my daughters had a fantastic time. The dinner buffet could be improved; there wasn't much variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful few days and highly recommend it.

The value for money is quite good, and the breakfast buffet is adequate, though not very varied. The children's bunk bed in the rooms has a metal frame and no safety rails, so it's not suitable for young children. We couldn't use the top bunk because it didn't have side rails, and if the child turned around, they could fall.

The room is comfy but I ask service room at 23:00 after a long day, asking a “Bocadillo de Tortilla Francesa con Jamón Dulce” oh my god, THE BEST BOCADILLO I ate in my life, ultra good food, ultra good restaurant food, the service impecable, real real comfy place quality / price.

We had to pay extra when we arrived at the hotel because, according to them, the child did not appear in the reservation and in the app the reservation appeared for two adults and one child.

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. One night stay on a biking trip. Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. They hosted me as a family member, invited me to hot chocolate and explain me the history of the area. A place to repeat and enjoy again. I recommend that you give a try. I am sure you will repeat.

Very familiar. Nice and cozy. The boss is a dog called Ra, that's a joke of course. Half size rooms, very clean, toiletries in the toilet, no hairdryer, warm room, facilities to park. The owner is really friendly and treats you like family. We have a little problem in our arrival at the room and they solve quickly helping us in every moment.
