Hotel Xalet Verdú in Arinsal

Enjoyed a lovely week at this hotel. We were a group of 12 and despite booking separately the hotel moved things around so we could sit together for meals which was appreciated. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good and varied choices with option to eat quite late which meant you could maximise Apres ski without rushing. The separate lounge area was good for playing board games and gathering as a group.

We’ve just spent a lovely week here and had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms may be a little dated, but they were spotlessly clean, which made all the difference. The buffet breakfast was good, with a nice bit of variety each day to keep things interesting. Dinner was also very satisfying — generous portions with a large starter buffet, followed by a choice of two meat dishes and one fish option. The food isn’t fancy, but it’s wholesome, hearty, and exactly what you need after a long day in the mountains. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Just returned from a weeks skiing with my wife. Check in was quick and easy and our room 303 had everything we needed including tea/coffee making facilities. The Hotel is a nice size so that it’s not overly congested. All of the staff were brilliant throughout the whole week attending to all of our needs. Extremely friendly and their English is brilliant, they couldn’t have helped more. Breakfast was ok with a good choice of food and drinks. Dinner was amazing. Soup/Buffet starters each day and then a choice from 3 of main meals and puddings. Honestly didn’t have a single bad meal, they all tasted amazing (way too much food really so need to go on a diet now). The Hotel is situated towards the top of the resort, a 10-15 min walk up to the 4 person Ski Lift (only due to us getting old and its steep, and a 6-8 min walk down to the Gondola. It has bus stops outside and across the road if you want to catch the service bus or use the free ski busses to La Massana Gondola/ Other valid ski resorts (Ski Pass required to use these buses). Service bus, cash only and every journey seems to be €1.90 each way no matter how far you’re going (Didn’t realise but they do sell return tickets at a lower price). Couple of minute walk to other bars/restaurants if you fancy a change and the Hotel 2 mins down the road on the opposite side has 10 Pin Bowling, darts, pool, etc downstairs in the basement which allows anybody to go in and use. Can honestly say it has been one of the nicest holidays we have had. Like I said, All of the staff are absolutely brilliant! Thank you for a great week 😃👍

Really good 3 star hotel, with 5 star food. Dinner every evening was amazing. Staff are extremely extremely helpful, would always assist with whatever you needed.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella. It has free outdoor parking, or for €12 (a good price), it also has covered parking. It's not very big, but you don't need much more for parking. Breakfast is a buffet and they replenish it frequently, which is great because I've been to others where they only replenished it once, and those who arrived last barely had anything to eat. If you go in winter, like we did, don't worry about the cold in the room; it's actually quite warm, haha, it's perfect. The best thing, without a doubt, is the staff, both the morning and afternoon/evening staff. The guy who checked us in in the afternoon was lovely.

Lovely hotel.. Room was a bit small and we requested a twin room but ended up with a double bed.. staff were very friendly and helpful.. food was very good and you get a choice of 3 mains and a sweet and a buffet starter.. the main portions were pretty big and I couldn't eat all of it. Not too far away from the Gondola and the derby Irish bar and hunters bar for some night life. Would definitely stay again

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to this hotel for a skiing holiday. It is a really friendly and comfortable hotel. The staff are really helpful and the food is fantastic.

Hotel well located for visiting Caldea, less than 15 minutes away. Very reasonable price including breakfast. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Stayed here on a Crystal ski holiday - there's a handy ski locker for a small supplement. The location is excellent just across the road from the ski lift and bus stop. There's superb views of the mountains too. Always a very warm welcome at reception and for apres ski there's a real log fire, complementary hot wine, cake and decent coffee available . The restaurant staff were fantastic and food delicious - a bottle of good wine is about €15. Good clean rooms, comfy beds and plenty of hot water.
