Hotel del Pui by Nexta in La Massana

Rooms great! Daily cleaning, new towels , nice warm bathrooms, balcony and beautiful view! Ski storage, and very kind staff! We only missed the kettle in the room which we bought in the shop beside for 14e.
Breakfast good. Small amounts of everything for everyone. Eggs, bacon, hams, breads, cheese, jams, salads, cereals, some sweet choices also plus choice of milks, really good coffe and different teas etc.
Amazing location just beside the shops, restaurants and ski lift across the road!
I would definitely come back as the price is amazing for what the hotel offers! Hope to visit Andorra again!

We stayed here as a family for a week. I'd recommend it for the friendly service, spotless cleanliness, room service and central location just a minute from shops, the gondola and other amenities. It's been refurbished with modern decor. We got a small room so we had to store our cases in another room as there was no-where to put them that wasn't in the way. The rooms have a small fridge, desk, char, two single beds, wardrobe. Breakfast buffet was on par. Be aware of the following. Very warm rooms and no controls - As other reviews mention there's no control over the temperature so the rooms are very warm and get stuffy overnight so you have to open the door to cool down, which leads you to the.... Compromised balcony over busy road - Great to have a balcony but because of the control location the balcony is over a busy, noisy street and frankly I found the fumes worrying at peak time when there was heavy traffic so I had to retreat back to the warm room. My solution was to leave the door ajar to let some cool air in and deflect some of the noise/fumes. I left it ajar a night when there was no traffic but the noise of morning traffic would wake me. Lack of useful "social" space - There isn't anywhere other than the large reception area to "hang-out". There was a bar (closed). I regretted not staying at the sister hotels (Hotel Magic Massana) which has this space (bars, comfortable chairs etc). I have stayed in smaller hotels which still managed to provide a social space that meant you were not confined to your room. That said if it's important then just go to the hotel next door... So, for the money a good hotel with some compromises to be aware of.

We stayed here during the February half-term. Positives - the staff were fantastic. helpful and informative. -Breakfast buffet was excellent -Evening meal at sister hotel was excellent. -Location for Skiing is excellent, 40m from the gondola, hardly had to queue for it most mornings. -free ski storage in reception -fridge and balcony in our room was perfect. -room was spacious for the 2 of us. Excellent showers Negative (Very minor) - bedroom was very warm over night - although the use of pool facilities is advertised for next door. This is not free and needs to be booked in advance with reception (€12 pp/ph) Over all we had a great time on our trip and would happily stay here again. The location and breakfast bar make this a fantastic place to be to get on the slopes.

Back again this year at the Del Pui for a short ski holiday. The location is superb - so close to the Pal gondola station and a variety of ski equipment hire shops in the immediate locality. The bus stop serving both Arinsal and La Vella is around the corner. Thanks to Sylvie on reception for the warm welcome every evening as we returned from skiing. Neil & Lily

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. Christina at reception welcomed us like we were family. She was extremely helpful with the parking and how to drive to the peaks, etc etc.
The rooms were great size and extremely clean. Good size bathroom. The shower was big with great water pressure. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels replaced every day.
We had half board. Breakfast was lovely. Choice of hot foods or just continental. The coffee was EXCELLENT. Loved the water with mint and melon.
Dinner was good. Every night was different which I loved. Buffet can get boring but this made it great.
I must mention that the staff throughout our stay were fantastic also at breakfast and dinner. So friendly and every one always with a huge smile and very helpful.
The view from our hotel room was exceptional and the ski lift one minute from the hotel was just a wonderful bonus.
Will I come to this hotel again ……….. ABSOLUTELY. I could write a book about how good it was. Miss it already 😁

The hotel is warm and spotlessly clean. 1 min walk to gondola and has own ski room. Very new and nice room. But what made it so special were the super friendly staff. Everyone was lovely which created a super experience. 2ndly the breakfast from 7.30 was awesome! Everything fresh and tasty! Thankyou sylvie and francesc! I will be back. Possibly in summer as lovely balcony too! Kind regards David

We absolutely loved our recent stay here as a group of 9. The hotel was booked through WeSki.

All of the staff are incredible and super friendly especially Sylvie, she was a star! Check in was super smooth even with 9 people.

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and warm. Super views from the balcony. Beds are really comfy. Great water pressure in the shower.

We had breakfast included and it was simple but nice. Cookies left in our room for the New Year which was a nice treat.

Ski storage area that’s locked with a key, easy to grab your stuff when heading to the slopes. 1 minute walk to ski lift. Literally around the corner. Central location in the down. Bar was closed which is the only fault.

Highly recommend and if I ever visit the area again I would rebook.

Hotel Del Pui is centrally located in the town of La Massana Andorra, a short walk to the gondola that delivers you into Pal Arinsal ski resort, so an amazing location.
Staff were unbelievably helpful, friendly and prepared to go the extra effort to enhance our experience.
Rooms were clean, functional and had a balcony view of the mountain/gondala, great for after ski drinks

Just be aware there is no AC 3 fans in one room and balcony still so hot just that.

Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.
