Good experience ! Good hotel and beautiful services! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Andorra. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the spa — beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring the mountains. The food was exceptional as well, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a touch of luxury.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Amazing Staff in all departments. Thanks so much for all the team from reception, breakfast and dining room, Mr Claver, the person that take us to the slopes and the Chef and his team for the magnificent food each and every day. Everything great, rooms, spa, size of the hotel, location. Fantastic. Just the internet needs an up grade, cause sometimes it stops. All the rest 5 stars See you soon

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Great location. Only 5 mins walking to the posts. The apartment was very spacious.

The food was not great. Onion soup was dull. Hamburger with french fries was so-so. Good that you can eat there before other restaurants open in the evening.

Very good and diverse menu, i like the choice of Burgers, veggy meals and Chicken meal choices. Prices were reasonabke and all food tasted good. Will go again...

Bought new ski boots here, staff knowledgeable and helpful, spoke good English and were generally useful and not high pressure. Also hired skis and they spent time to get the right skis and to set them up to our preference we were very happy with the service. In addition we hired a ski locker for the week for a reasonable price, secure and right next to the slopes saved us a 500 metre walk with skis wearing boots well worth 28 euros and fit for 4 pairs of skis and boots.

Possibly the rudest staff I've ever encountered in a Ski rental shop. The equipment itself was fine but I will never use this place again.
