Very poor service at reception. Housekeeping was skipped during my stay. Communication was difficult due to limited English. The only positive aspects were the food and the reliable hot water.

Stopped for lunch at the bottom of the slopes. Service was pretty poor and burger wasn't great - greasy stale bun, small cold patty, huge piece of cold tomato and lettuce.

Brilliant ski hotel. Rooms spotlessly clean , serviced very well every day. Buffet dinner excellent, huge well presented buffet. Staff, throughout the hotetel efficient and very friendly .

- The spa was not well-maintained or fully operational, and it was unpleasant to spend time there.
- Despite requesting a quiet room with a nice view, we were first placed in a noisy room above the dining hall, and later moved to another room that, while offering a beautiful city view, was disturbed by traffic and construction noise in the morning. We slept with ear plugs.
Aside from that, the stay was very pleasant.
- Friendly staff, an impresive hotel exterior, a beautiful garden, decent rooms, a fun game room, good breakfast and dinner buffets.

All in all the staff was really helpful. Although my biggest critique by far is that I had hoped that the hotel had more information on where was the ski school and how to get on the gondola up the mountain. Because of the lack of information we got into a really dangerous situation because the resort's staff told us to go up an experienced chair lift and we became stranded up the mountain without assistance. I feel like this could have been avoided had the hotel staff been able to help us when we asked were we should go to.
The pool area was lovely. I don't see why tap water isn't served for free. I don't love the idea of buying water.

The hotel promised to provide breakfast as we had an early morning flight. They refused this as the kitchen wasn’t opened and after requesting water, we were told that we could only get it from the wending machine. As we didn’t have coins, this want not possible. Great location, but horrible staff. The bartenders didn’t pay attention to us, and the reception were everything less than accommodating. If you’re looking for a good location, but don’t care about customer service , great Place to be

Hi Had a week at the Nordic, largely a very positive stay. What we liked: Staff (especially reception) were super helpful Buffet was very popular with the kids. I found choice and quality ok Proximity to the slopes and lockers close by Games room was useful, not much else happening in El Tarter Free/easy parking Rooms were spacious, good storage and nice hot showers What we liked less We hired from Nordic Sports (I assume attached/connected). Staff there less friendly, especially when it came to changing my daughters problematic boot We were right by the lift and a fairly noisy at times

Great lunch stop whilst skiing. The staff were friendly, the food was very nice and the service was quick. Kew of the mountain whilst eating lunch is lovely. Cannot comment on accommodation as did not stay. Some lovely old cars and motorbikes inside.

Dear Nordic Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our recent check-in at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the behavior of the receptionist. Upon arrival, the receptionist was notably unfriendly and rude. She explained that she was alone and overworked, and she made it clear that she had no time for any discussion. While we understand that staffing issues can arise, the manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, we were informed that we needed to pay extra for our 4-year-old child, which in itself was not an issue. However, the way this information was conveyed was aggressive and unwelcoming. We have never experienced such poor service in any hotel, and it left a very negative impression on us. Due to this unpleasant encounter, we have decided to seek accommodation elsewhere where we can expect a more friendly and respectful service. We hope that you address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. We will also share the same on social media. Sincerely, Joe Bernardi

Wonderful food. Buffet had different choices each night. Comfortable room. Adventure trip organiser was very helpful, told us about best attractions to visit. Lovely garden over looking ski slope. Staff very friendly. Good laundry facilities.

Bought new ski boots here, staff knowledgeable and helpful, spoke good English and were generally useful and not high pressure. Also hired skis and they spent time to get the right skis and to set them up to our preference we were very happy with the service. In addition we hired a ski locker for the week for a reasonable price, secure and right next to the slopes saved us a 500 metre walk with skis wearing boots well worth 28 euros and fit for 4 pairs of skis and boots.

Possibly the rudest staff I've ever encountered in a Ski rental shop. The equipment itself was fine but I will never use this place again.

The best aprés-ski GranValira! Exhausted for the day you have service of restaurant, and to close tracks (from 16h) starts the outdoor party with djs and a very good roll.

Part of being a good place to eat during the Ski day. It is the best place for drinks after skiing. The terrace fill it with stoves, while a DJ puts some music on.
If you're going to eat the best food is the sandwich with chicken and brie, or the burger. If you're going to the drinks, Gintonics know how to prepare it.
