We stayed here for approximately four days and it was really worth it. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant was pretty good. The beach next to the hotel was beautiful. Little minus is the location, far away from stores and so on. This is really good place for relaxing and nature loving people

Decent for Armenia. Could use AC, the rooms get pretty hot at night. The houses could use better kitchen, bring food if you plan to stay a few days, as groceries are non existent in a 15 minute radius. The stray dogs are a problem, but some people may like it. It is a nice small and cozy hotel on the bank of the Sevan lake. It is run by very welcoming people. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is nice to sit on the veranda to feel the breeze from the lake. The food is excellent - it is homemade and it makes it so great and delicious. A great place to spend the weekend during the summer. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the lake beach is also nice and tidy. Stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us the dome closest to the lake, which had a beautiful view and felt really special. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. The hostel is ok for one night. However, I strongly advise not to rent a bicycle at the Lake Sevan Hostel. The bicycles are old and somehow malfunctioning. Gears don't work well, and the saddle is not stable. To me, it's definitely not worth AMD 5'000.- a day. I reported these defaults to the owner of the hostel. He rejected all critics against his bicycles and declared they were fair enough for tourists...

A very nice mini-hotel! The hosts, Goar and Edik, are very nice, kind, and helpful. It's very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were delighted. You can order breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious. The city beach is nearby. We highly recommend it.
