The hostel is ok for one night. However, I strongly advise not to rent a bicycle at the Lake Sevan Hostel. The bicycles are old and somehow malfunctioning. Gears don't work well, and the saddle is not stable. To me, it's definitely not worth AMD 5'000.- a day. I reported these defaults to the owner of the hostel. He rejected all critics against his bicycles and declared they were fair enough for tourists... I am not sure he drives bicycles himself. Anyway, a taxi would be much cheaper and safer than a bicycle to reach the Peninsula.

I stayed here rented a scooter for 5000. The owner gave me a choice between two types of scooter. I chose the smaller one as he said the large one doesn’t work well. The next day i found out the hard way the scooter doesn’t work. I asked him to change and he refused and refused to give me the money back when I asked. The whole experience was a waste of time DO NOT STAY HERE!
After this incident the owner’s brother threatened me on the phone that he’s coming to fight 😂
That’s why this place looks like a bombshell worse than parts of Africa. Never again crazy family business 👎

I recently stayed at this charming hostel for one night, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Located in a small town, this place isn't fancy, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hostel features a single room with around 12 beds, which fosters a sociable and cozy atmosphere. During my stay, I met some amazing fellow travelers, and the sense of community made it feel more like home than a typical hostel. This homely vibe was exactly what I was looking for.

Loved my stay here, freindly people, interesting area not far from the town center, clean and cosy hostel. I like sitting in the covered deck watching life happen.

Nice hostel in great location near Lake Sevan in the small town of Sevan. Clean and comfortable hostel with a spacious dormitory room for 12 and a twin room. New shower is, March 2023, being installed in the dorm room. Nice kitchen with small fridge, 2 burners and a kettle that doesn't always work. Helpful owner - contact him any time about anything.

Nice, bright youth hostel with two bedrooms, one large and one small (3 single beds). Shower very nice, mini kitchen with stove. Friendly owner and correct price: 3500 dram per person
