Great place to stay with family or group vacations. Location best for Sevan lake, secure and safe area for kids. The aqua-park rocks. Rooms nice and clean, everything necessary in kitchen, clean towels. Not so much impressed by the breakfast, but still value for a money and mostly satisfies. Game room for kids with Arcade and other games.

We experienced quite a lot of cons and only a few pros during our stay at this hotel. The Room We were offered a Luxe room, being told there were no other available options—even though the hotel seemed far from fully booked. The room cost 70,000, which is a reasonable price for a Luxe category. However, it didn’t quite meet the expectations of a Luxe room. The main advantage was its size: two bedrooms and a large living area. There were TVs in every room, but they had very limited channels, and neither YouTube nor Wi-Fi access was available. There was no teapot or coffee-making facility, and no minibar—while we don’t typically use the minibar, it’s worth noting for others who might. Some of the room facilities were poorly maintained: the soap holder was nearly broken, and the towel racks barely held the towels—on occasion, they even fell off. A few small positives: bottled water was replenished daily, the beds were comfortable, and the room had a balcony. However, the balcony was quite small and lacked even a table or chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Food Breakfast was fresh and overall fine. It would have been better if there were some kid-friendly options, like porridge. I appreciated the cottage cheese—it was fresh and didn’t have the strong smell it sometimes has in Armenia. The main issue with the food was the limited selection of hot dishes. Several options had strong or specific spices, similar to Arabian cuisine, which didn’t suit our tastes. As a result, we mostly had to choose between noodles and eggs. We also made the mistake of ordering barbecue (khorovats) for dinner. Unfortunately, it didn’t smell appetizing, and we ended up eating only a small portion. It's unclear whether it was the spices or that the food wasn’t fresh, but it was disappointing. Recommendation: I’d suggest using the hotel restaurant only for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, it’s worth driving just a few kilometers north to explore better dining options at nearby restaurants. Beach and Swimming Options To access the aquapark and beach area, hotel staff must provide you with color-coded bracelets—otherwise, you’re expected to pay an additional fee. The issue we encountered was that no one informed us that we needed new bracelets each day. As a result, we went to the beach wearing the previous day’s bracelets and were stopped by the staff, who asked us to either get updated ones or pay for access. Since the beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, it was frustrating to go back under the hot sun, especially with a child. The walk itself is quite uncomfortable and, frankly, impossible for anyone with mobility concerns. Some parts of the path require walking through puddles, uneven terrain, and areas with broken tree branches or other obstructions. Another issue: if you accidentally go off the intended path or exit the wrong gate, you may have to walk all the way around the hotel to re-enter the aquapark area—which can take 15–20 minutes. That’s a majo

This resort, nestled near Lake Sevan, offers an incredible view that’s a must-see for both kids and adults. The resort includes a water land, a swimming pool, restaurant, hotel and access to the lake beach, ensuring a fun-filled day for all.

Everything is so old and outdated. Chairs on the beach are brocken. It is shameful that such an expensive place has so bad service. Changing areas are always very dirty and full of spiders.
People working there have so sad and stressful faces that you can see management does not care about them at all.

Worst hotel in my life. I don't know where to start from everything was old, game room and gym was a mess they claimed that the indoor pool was heated but it was colder then the outside food was garbage service was garbage and the sauna and spa wasn't free after charging a load of money for the room, the sauna costs 120$ for 1 hour FOR ONE PERSON thats just insanity i will never come back. Worst hotel ever

Absolute mismatch between price and quality. The worst service ever. At 10:30 we went for breakfast, all the bowls were empty, there was nothing left to eat and drink, there were not even clean dishes, and there was no one from the service staff, even though according to the conditions of the hotel, breakfast was until 11 o'clock. The rooms also were very poor for such a price, besides, the towels in the rooms were already worn out and less than the number of people staying in the room․ Տhe service in the restaurant near the pool was also terrible, they didn't even want to give you a glass. So I advise you get rid of this place.

I came from Yerevan because they said it was the best place for children in terms of a water park. We checked in on July 21, 2023. We arrived at the hotel and it was deathly quiet, as if we'd arrived at a funeral service. We paid 55,000 drams for four (two adults and two children). No one explained anything about directions or where to go. The staff at the counter were smiling and trying to squeeze every word out of us. After checking in, we went to the long-awaited water park, where the water was simply freezing. When we asked if the pool was supposed to be heated, we were told that it used to be that way and that it wasn't heated anymore. We never got to swim, although there were children who were shivering. For my child's sake, I took him down the blue slide at the water park. We had to push off from the middle with our hands to get to the end, as the plastic was matte and had worn off. At the end, when we finished, we splashed into the icy water. We wanted to order pizza and fries at the pool area, but when we saw what it looked like, we decided against it. After the water park, we took a taxi and ate at "At Artak's" (At Artak's), 3 km from Arsnakak, where the excellent food lifted our spirits. Later, when we arrived at our room, they forgot to bring us a crib or make up a bed for our older brother on the sofa. But a young man at the desk brought everything himself and helped us resolve the issue. A special thank you to him. The TV in the room didn't work; we couldn't get it set up. We wanted to shower in the morning, but because of the mold in the bathroom, we couldn't. And the breakfast was worse than we'd had in a hospital. When I called the general manager before leaving—her name was Alyusik, as I recall—she listened to everything and apologized for ruining our vacation. We never received any compensation or compensation for emotional distress, nor did we receive warm milk for the kids' cereal.

This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views. Recommend the fish, of course, and the crayfish. Wow!
