It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price.
