It is very near all of the historic religious complexes and overlooks Lake Sevan which is the largest body of water in Armenia and the entire Caucasus region, often called the “Jewel of Armenia” or the “Blue Eye of Armenia.” it has a nice jetty out the front...

The best vacation spot in Sevan. The room is comfortable and warm. Tasty breakfast. Restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food. And of course friendly staff. Thank you for organizing my rest.

Good family resort with comfortable rooms, customer service was great, pool was clean and well managed. Breakfast was better than average. Good location.
One of the best hotels in this area. However! The best season is summer, prices are mainly high, for dinner better to go to peninsula, Ashot Yerkat restaurant, and not here. But rooms are clean and service is good!

Lovely place to cool down during the summer season. The owners put a lot of effort and love in making your stay comfortable.
The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects.
Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.
If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for!
