Hotels with pool in Sevan

Good family resort with comfortable rooms, customer service was great, pool was clean and well managed. Breakfast was better than average. Good location.

There was nothing wrong - my wife tried the pool but jumped back out straight away as it was cold. There was work going on restoring the lakeside

It is very near all of the historic religious complexes and overlooks Lake Sevan which is the largest body of water in Armenia and the entire Caucasus region, often called the “Jewel of Armenia” or the “Blue Eye of Armenia

The best vacation spot in Sevan. The room is comfortable and warm. Tasty breakfast. Restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food. And of course friendly staff. Thank you for organizing my rest.

A really nice place to stay where the rooms and service are very good. But I think the most interesting thing about this resort is its location

A hotel of a European level, in the houses a beautiful and high-quality repair, everything is new. The territory is very beautiful, birches, a playground, a pool, barbecue facilities, swings, tents

Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar

What I would say is that Nirvana was the better lake resort, with bungalows right on the lake, especially if you get Nirvana bungalow #1 or Nirvana bungalow #2 with big bay window and modern fittings (however other bungalows are being renovated, and it's such a friendly, cute, quirky, beautiful site), and Garden Inn Resort Sevan was the better site in terms of beauty with its plentiful trees and facilities...

The bathroom has heated floors and an electric heated towel rail. The sink is small, though, and there's not even a place to put toothpaste or shaving gel. The grounds are poorly maintained—fallen leaves are everywhere

Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though

Some of the room facilities were poorly maintained: the soap holder was nearly broken, and the towel racks barely held the towels—on occasion, they even fell off

Only thing that was not as enjoyable was the water in the pool which was really really cold, not as cold as the lake but still cold. Other than the cold water it was a nice place!

The resort includes a water land, a swimming pool, restaurant, hotel and access to the lake beach, ensuring a fun-filled day for all

It was really nice place with the lake on one side and a small water park on the other. The staff were very accommodating and provided very prompt service. Really nice place away from the hustle and bustle of the city

This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views

A few small positives: bottled water was replenished daily, the beds were comfortable, and the room had a balcony. However, the balcony was quite small and lacked even a table or chairs to sit and enjoy the view

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. Food is almost basic and repetitive with only 2 hot dishes but a lot of various salads

The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold

Pretty good place, with different activities.

The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! They overlap in a way that all of them have a perfect view of the water

The infinity pool, sandy beach and restaurant are only steps away. The staff are also incredible and sure to take care of you

We had a amazing stay at the property the view was breathtaking like heaven on earth❤️Very friendly staff and there hospitality was awesome specially the manager Gor was very helpful and full of energ👍👍

They gave us a complimentary boat ride to the island of birds, and catered after our every need at meals. The sunsets on the water are breathtaking

Lovely place to cool down during the summer season. The owners put a lot of effort and love in making your stay comfortable.

Have no air conditioner no fan. Not have tele so you have to go to the reception if you need anything The staff is great The view is awesome and amazing The staff at the restaurant is so so cute and helpful ♥️

There is a secured parking and the location is quiet, off the main street but is very close to great restaurants in the centre. Our kids loved the golden panter, the garden and of course, the pool

Everything here is perfect: the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at Louvre whenever in Armenia, it is really the best accommodation possible

This boutique hotel has a beatiful luxury style, with all details thought through. It is very well organised, very warm, with marble floors with heating. The owners are very kind and welcoming

We went to the restaurant twice and loved the food. The service takes some time since it is busy and the food is so fresh. They spoke some English and were very friendly. The food was delicious

What a wonderful place! Firstly, it's remarkably quiet, not just the restaurant but the entire area is quite peaceful. It's conveniently located near the road and has a lovely open space next to Lake Sevan

This is one of its kind. I felt as if I visited Greece. Beautiful themed resort with private lakeshore. tasty food and good ambiance. only thing I didn't like is it is far from sevan city.

The interior is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The food is exceptionally pleasant, with the freshest ingredients, which is surprising for such a remote location

The whitefish, fresh from the lake, and the incredibly fresh salad made for a superb meal. The staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable

If you wish, you can bring everything you need with you, for example, meat for barbecue. The second has two single beds. You can come with your family. There is a toilet with a shower. The room is completely new, clean

The location is next to the highway and the lake, you can come in your own car, there is a yard where you can leave it. A little noisy because of passing cars. The room comes with its own table and barbecue

So far, there are 2 guest houses with two floors. Actually, that is why there are only 4 stars for the service, there is just not enough. Consists of a large kitchen-living room and two bedrooms

This is a great place to organize your vacation in Sevan. Hospitable and friendly staff. 100% clean. Great campfire, movie nights, and unforgettable horseback riding.

The kitchen has water, a kettle, a gas stove, but there is nowhere to buy food nearby for self-cooking, so we ate in a cafe 100 meters from our room

There is no entertainment nearby except for those on the beach. There are gazebos and barbecues on the beach. You can take a boat ride around Sevan
