Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. For three days, the room wasn't cleaned once, with no indication that this was the norm. There was no bottled water in the room, but the refrigerator door was cluttered with paid drinks and snacks. Incidentally, the refrigerator was unplugged...

A wonderful hotel with incredibly polite and caring staff. The location is just perfect: Sevan is very close! On the territory there is a swimming pool, playgrounds and a restaurant. Almost on the lake, nice breakfast service to the room. Rooms large but in September farelka could not cope. I slept for the first time at an altitude of 2 km above sea level. Rather ok

I have been there for about 10 days in July 2025 it was a great place I have a very good memories there I hope to visit it again soon 🔜.

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. Food is almost basic and repetitive with only 2 hot dishes but a lot of various salads. The problem is that there is no coffee, and if something is finished, that is not a problem at all, it is just not served . It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.

The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! They overlap in a way that all of them have a perfect view of the water. The infinity pool, sandy beach and restaurant are only steps away. You will feel like royalty. This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision! Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

The location is in the village next to Sevan. The owner is very nice. It is suitable for summer farm stays.
