Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. For three days, the room wasn't cleaned once, with no indication that this was the norm. There was no bottled water in the room, but the refrigerator door was cluttered with paid drinks and snacks. Incidentally, the refrigerator was unplugged...

This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views. Recommend the fish, of course, and the crayfish. Wow!

The food was ok, it would be great if at least it was a bit cheaper. The waiter try his best to make us order things we really didn't need and was a bit too much. I am overall satisfied, but you need to be careful so you won't end up with a massive bill.

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. Food is almost basic and repetitive with only 2 hot dishes but a lot of various salads. The problem is that there is no coffee, and if something is finished, that is not a problem at all, it is just not served . It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.

The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Lovely guest house in traditional village only a couple of minutes away from Sevan Lake. Satik and here family are very friendly, told me many interesting facts about this environment and also provide very delicious homemade food services :) Beside the guest house Satik and here family had established various social projects throughout whole Armenia.

The host Ando welcomed us like family. He even made us an Armenia-British fish & chips supper!

A really nice place to stay where the rooms and service are very good. But I think the most interesting thing about this resort is its location. It is very near all of the historic religious complexes and overlooks Lake Sevan which is the largest body of water in Armenia and the entire Caucasus region, often called the “Jewel of Armenia” or the “Blue Eye of Armenia.” it has a nice jetty out the front...

We stayed here for one night on our tour of the caucuses. Maybe it was that I was expecting a "resort" that it didn't impress greatly. There was nothing wrong - my wife tried the pool but jumped back out straight away as it was cold. There was work going on restoring the lakeside. I think I was expecting to be able to walk along the lake but access was restricted to the width of the hotel complex itself...

The best vacation spot in Sevan. The room is comfortable and warm. Tasty breakfast. Restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food. And of course friendly staff. Thank you for organizing my rest.

We are from capital Yerevan , we stay there for 1 day , ist so nice and comfortable hotel , but its in coast of Sevan but there is not any beaches there. Cottages are so big and so comfortable for big families like 2 big bedrooms and 1 large sofa. Pool is nice to!
