This hotel is amazing with the best service and professional staff. The rooms are renovated, very clean and luxurious. Very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Library was perfect, you can spend hours there, game zone, pool. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. This is one of the best hotels ever visited. Will definitely come back.

The hotel has been totally renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. You get a feeling of safety and peace and quiet there. It is impeccably clean, has a gorgeous staircase, a great swimming pool and an excellent restaurant. Our room on the fifth floor had a view of the mountains. It is quite a luxurious hotel , and well worth it.

The staff, the location is great, but the bed covers in the most expensive rooms are awful. It’s high time the manager changed them. The clearness of the rooms were awful this year though paying nearly 79$ per night. The massage rooms were awful as well. They were too tiny and noisy.No privacy at all.

A nostalgic place reminiscent of the Soviet Union of yesteryear. Very well-maintained and maintained, the stay is fresh and relaxing. The structure has been renovated but retains its charm. If you're looking for absolute tranquility and a slow pace, this is the place to come.

This is an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything was spot on from rooms to service. The food was incredible with lots of good quality choices. Special thanks to the General Manager Gevorg who wend beyond his duty and has organasied a special event for my parents. This is what makes this place unique. I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. Be prepared that I have national dishes, but everything is mega tasty and with the feeling that it was cooked especially for you. There are not many procedures, but those that are good. The room is huge and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, a good one too...

It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. Breakfast was good and it is near the centre walking of many places. I recommend you do the four by four trip to the mountains.

Not far from the center, on foot 15 minutes, but according to the schedule there is a minibus that will take you in 5 minutes, it is very convenient. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities.
