I went to this hotel with my friend, HIMAR, to visit some other friends from Chechnya who were staying here. The accommodations were a bit cramped, but you could say that we all had a smashing good time. My Chechen friends had such a good time, they had to be dragged out of the place.

Do not recommend eating fish here, overpriced and awful qualiry

What a great place ! Perfect facilities, individual appartments are lovely and very comfortable, the view on the lake is gorgeous and host are sooo welcoming, friendly and touching. We had such a nice time here. This place is really good for relaxing. Oh and not to mention the delicious food host are cooking ! No seriously : you have to step by ! I can only recommend !

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a hassle free experience. Staff are very accommodating. Hamlet the owner is kind enough to give us a discount in order for us to stay in 1 room for the whole stay instead of transferring to their other room. We will definitely go back and book this hotel again.

If you stay in a hotel near the roadside, it will be quieter if it is not on the roadside row. There is a parking space and a small garden. The environment is still very ideal

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area. It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Great family hotel Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination.

Good location between a city center and a rope way. A view to surrounding hills. Less than one kilometer to supermarkets and ATMs. Skiing surprisingly good despite absence of recent snowfalls due to a few skiers :-) Large villa with 5 bedrooms is good for 10 persons, not for 13. Only one bedroom with its own bathroom, others share one bathroom with two bedrooms. Order additional beds for children beforehand...

We stayed here for two nights. Much to my pleasant surprise it was the highlight of our trip! Everything is great - the location, breakfast (love the home made jam), cleanliness, facilities, and the service. The host went extra miles to make sure we are well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We stayed here on Wednesday to Thursday. We had a very comfortable stay. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. The room was spacious with even 2 chairs and a desk. This was useful as my wife had to do some work on her laptop. The wifi was good as well. There’s an excellent restaurant next door for dinner, and for good quality coffee. It’s a 5/10min walk to the centre of the town.

Lovely family with lots good vibe. I have visited them more than 3 times already. They help you with anything you need to know about Dilijan. The place itself is worth the money. There is a small BBQ place in their yard and we have had lots of fun there.

A quiet place with fresh air and wonderful views. The rooms are clean and warm. The dining room is newly built and comfortable. The garage (for one car only) is very convenient when it's snowing and very cold outside.

Very nice location and house under a bridge. The house is very big and can host 25 people easily. One thing I liked is that one day we came back from our walk and cows were inside the garden and were playing with each other. I felt very close to nature and it was amazing!

it was my wedding day, so I booked the hotel from where I have to prepare myself and make photoshooting session! the team was perfect and they service as well the room was very well prepared, they helped us in many way to organize everything! and we booked two nights additionally to stay there, the breakfast was good!

Strongly recommend the property, as a family of 4 with a small baby, we had a very pleasant and amazing stay. It's away from city center(which we wanted) but has access to a lot of restaurants and bars. Lastly, the team led by harut is welcoming and warm.

The hotel is clearly new. The lobby is pleasant, and there's a kitchen on the second floor with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishes, and tables for sitting and eating.
