Room was clean and interior was nice. It was a very cold night and it was not very warm in the room, as the windows are poorly insulated. Staff was friendly.

One of the best hotels in this area. However! The best season is summer, prices are mainly high, for dinner better to go to peninsula, Ashot Yerkat restaurant, and not here. But rooms are clean and service is good!

Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. For three days, the room wasn't cleaned once, with no indication that this was the norm. There was no bottled water in the room, but the refrigerator door was cluttered with paid drinks and snacks. Incidentally, the refrigerator was unplugged...

The place is very beautiful, the view is excellent, but the rooms are very bad. There are a lot of insects inside the room, and this is unacceptable. There are spiders, bugs, and various insects. Also the rooms are very old and worn out. A hotel in this location should pay more attention to these details because the price is not low.

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! Great place to stay with family or group vacations. Location best for Sevan lake, secure and safe area for kids. The aqua-park rocks. Rooms nice and clean, everything necessary in kitchen, clean towels. Not so much impressed by the breakfast, but still value for a money and mostly satisfies. This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views. Recommend the fish, of course, and the crayfish. Wow!

The food was ok, it would be great if at least it was a bit cheaper. The waiter try his best to make us order things we really didn't need and was a bit too much. I am overall satisfied, but you need to be careful so you won't end up with a massive bill.

It was a small apartment. The staff was very attentive. The clientele is rather Armenian, which gives the hotel its authenticity. Full board buffet was included in the price. A game room with billiards and table tennis is a place where children can share a moment. The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold.
