Guest Houses in Sevan

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Very interesting tour to ancient Lchashen on a truck, which was so much fun! Tasty food and amazing hosts :)

The location is in the village next to Sevan. The owner is very nice. It is suitable for summer farm stays.

Friendly hostess. I learned a lot of interesting things about their home, village and surrounding area. Polite staff. Good location, equally convenient to get to all attractions. I rented a small room just to sleep. Overall, taking into account breakfast, the price is reasonable. Delicious breakfast: eggs/omelet/mashed potatoes with onions, different types of cheeses, bread, tea, honey/white cherry...

Lovely guest house in traditional village only a couple of minutes away from Sevan Lake. Satik and here family are very friendly, told me many interesting facts about this environment and also provide very delicious homemade food services :) Beside the guest house Satik and here family had established various social projects throughout whole Armenia.

The host Ando welcomed us like family. He even made us an Armenia-British fish & chips supper!

Rented two SUPs and spent an hour plus on the lake. No one else was out on the water, it was super peaceful and had nice views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoyed a picnic lunch on the balcony overlooking the water afterwards. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel looks like a very cool place to stay.

Cool spot, friendly staff, equipment is in good condition. Recommended to visit. Be sure to check visibility in lake before diving because it varies from time to time and might affect your dive

I went to this hotel with my friend, HIMAR, to visit some other friends from Chechnya who were staying here. The accommodations were a bit cramped, but you could say that we all had a smashing good time. My Chechen friends had such a good time, they had to be dragged out of the place.

Do not recommend eating fish here, overpriced and awful qualiry

What a great place ! Perfect facilities, individual appartments are lovely and very comfortable, the view on the lake is gorgeous and host are sooo welcoming, friendly and touching. We had such a nice time here. This place is really good for relaxing. Oh and not to mention the delicious food host are cooking ! No seriously : you have to step by ! I can only recommend !
