This place is a gem that is slept on. My wife found it by accident, and we decided to celebrate our tenth anniversary there, and that was a great decision! The owner speaks limited English, but that could be overcome with Google, and the service was second to none! Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. I got a taste of village life. The service attitude is good and enthusiastic. They helped us cook in the evening and arranged breakfast in advance in the morning according to our request. It was a very good experience.

Very interesting tour to ancient Lchashen on a truck, which was so much fun! Tasty food and amazing hosts :)

The location is in the village next to Sevan. The owner is very nice. It is suitable for summer farm stays.

A very nice mini-hotel! The hosts, Goar and Edik, are very nice, kind, and helpful. It's very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We were delighted. You can order breakfast and dinner. Everything was delicious. The city beach is nearby. We highly recommend it.

I went to this hotel with my friend, HIMAR, to visit some other friends from Chechnya who were staying here. The accommodations were a bit cramped, but you could say that we all had a smashing good time. My Chechen friends had such a good time, they had to be dragged out of the place.

Do not recommend eating fish here, overpriced and awful qualiry

The best place near the Sevan lake. Here you can see the magnificent lakeside, eat the delicious kebab and fish. I am really delighted to visit this place!

What a great place ! Perfect facilities, individual appartments are lovely and very comfortable, the view on the lake is gorgeous and host are sooo welcoming, friendly and touching. We had such a nice time here. This place is really good for relaxing. Oh and not to mention the delicious food host are cooking ! No seriously : you have to step by ! I can only recommend !
