Hotel is close to center and it is clean. We were redirected here from another hotel, with the same claims of plumbing issues. This hotel was similar to that one, so it was absolutely fine, as we paid the same price as there. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were also clean. The smart TV was a bonus, honestly.

A great place in the heart of Yerevan! Walking distance from the republic square and all the other popular tourist attractions in the city. Close to restaurants, shops and at least two pharmacies and just across a big 24/7 supermarket.

The hotel staff at reception very welcoming and polite she accommodated us even we were early. The hotel is brand new super clean, the room was clean and comfy. Location was perfect just 10 mins walk from Republic Square and all other attractions. Supermarket just in front. Highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

DON'T BOOK!
They told us the room we booked was flooded and they sent us to another hotel nearby that they worked with. Now I read the reviews and I can see they've done that multiple times. Sometimes saying there's no water, other times saying the room as flooded and they show the same video they showed me. The other hotel was absolute nightmare - no windows in the rooms, no fresh air, the hygiene was non existent. Just don't book neither at Royal Renaissance nor in Old Yerevan Hotel located 5 mins walking from it.

The reception workers, esp. Alisa are very nice and helpful. I asked for a small favour which she organised very nicely and in short amount of time, thanks for that. 😊
The location is also good.
The room is nice , comfortable, but the walls and the door are avery thin, one can hear all the voices in the corridor and even downstairs clearly.

They have 24 hour support at the front desk.
The location is very good. It is close to the city center and right next to a local shopping center.
The bed room was clean, the A/C was working properly, the bathroom was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
The owners are responsive to any questions you may have.

I arrived with an overnight flight at 7 a.m., and was greeted with "no water" in the hotel situation. I was proposed to go another hotel, under the excuse that the manager had sent me a message that the room has no water - this is a total lie. I have never had such a bad experience with checking-in, and I assume the hotel was overbooked, so they decided to send me elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel, ever. Outrageous.

We booked two beds and travelling from Georgia to Armenia all night long. Then we lost over one hour to find that place. Even neighbours didn't know about this hostel. There was no sign with name etc. When we found it there was no one inside, nobody answer telephone. I wrote mail and they wrote me back in 10mins. ,We are full, there is no place for you'.
And that's it.
Don't bother, save your time and find different place.
