Our room had a balcony and pool view, besides the greenery and the forest, outstanding. Breakfast is very fulfilled with variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food . AC was working well and in general the hotel is well maintained as well as pools cleaned daily. Very nice impression.
They have 2 outdoor pools , 1 indoor pool , saunas, massage room with specialist , pool , table tennis 🏓 etc.
I appreciate their service and hospitality and want to thank them for it . Hope to be back
Service is good at the restaurant. Breakfast is above avarage but short (from 9 to 11). You basically have to stop your pool time to have breakfast or skip it.
Staff service is a mixed bag. At the restaurant they were attentive. At the reception it was a disaster: could not indicate any trail around; they said it was not worth visiting old Dilijan (it was); the worst: front desk staff asked us to leave the premises after check out because the hotel was full (it was not). I will not return to this hotel.
