Absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The property is in a wonderful location near all tourist attractions and the staff are very kind and professional. The breakfast buffet was impressive and top quality. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you

The breakfast area was the best, open views of the city and such a large inviting room. Loved it. The room was spacious and clean. We were there for just one night but had a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I tried to stay there a few days ago, i arrived at 2 AM, and the doors were locked. i rang the bell a few times but no one answered, it is illogical to call yourself GRAND anything, if you dont at least have a 24 hours reception service. No 5 star hotel locks their doors in the evening
