Rooms are comfortable, food is good. The balconies offer a magnificent view of the mountains covered with forests. But at night you can be woken up by barking dogs that are on the property?

Excellent service, excellent cuisine, nature is simply excellent. By all criteria 5 plus.

+ Beautiful place. The nature is amazing, food is very tasty. Interesting places for small hiking. Lower floors for pregnant. - The rooms need a bit renovation. They don't have everything that's written on the menu, for example: Ice cream, so they can have seasonal menus.

We went to the hotel to work from their conference hall and it was very comfortable, everything is ready, you just need to start your work. But the most important part is the air, nature, and food! There are so many trees, the hotel is located inside of the forest, so the air seems delicious even! Nature is amazing, all green is around... you just want to watch it all the time. The restaurant service, employees, and the manager were very very good. The room are also good and confortable. BUT there is no drinks/ water after 11PM and the checkout was awful - different informations from different people - we had to rush - it was stressful and people at the reception were cold and not friendly

Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. In side of this wonderland the service was poor. Temperature in the rooms was low and we had to take second manta. Assortment of food was also far away from good. In the early morning I saw cockroaches and It was the end of my patience.

Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. The rooms (301: 303) are dilapidated , bed utilities with holes from sigarette (photo attached) and even lamp were "tortured". For those who come in winter for skiing, it's very convenient. For everyone else, the hotel is located far from restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself is luxurious. But the breakfast is rather modest.

A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. It also has snowmobiles in winter. The hotel rooms are very clean and the service is great. It also has a great view at outside if the hotel since the hotel is on top of the hill.

Hotel alva is few minutes walk to the ropeway, breakfast is good and room is very clean. This hotel is just yard away from the slopes and after a long day skiing all you want is to get to return to the room and rest. The rooms are basic, clean and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and assist. We checked other hotel around and Alva cannot be faulted.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

The hotel is very well located and close to Kecharis Church, Tsakhkadzor ropeway. It is ok for one night if you prefer budget stay but do not expect too much. We had witnessed the transition of weather from fall to winter. Our room (junior suite) was huge with view of the ropeway. All amenities are provided. It has bathtub too. Nice accommodation in the middle of nature.

The place is simple, no frills. The food is delicious, there is a transfer from the morning to the ski lift (sometimes).

It’s very cozy and close enough to the ski lift, although the climb up the mountain in the morning is tiring.

The hotel is located close to the cable car - about 15 minutes on foot. Not suitable for those who come to ski - there is no place to dry clothes or leave equipment. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was perfect. 😌

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.
