However, the service was disappointing and did not meet the standards you’d expect for a resort of this caliber. There were long delays in getting responses from the front desk due to language difference which a front desk staff should be fluent of, and several requests went unaddressed entirely. The restaurant service was also quite slow, and it often felt like the staff was overwhelmed or understaffed.
Aurora Resort has a lot of potential, especially given the quality of the rooms and the natural beauty of the area. But until the service issues are resolved, it’s hard to recommend it for a seamless, relaxing stay.
