There's no heating in the hotel. The weather is terrible. When I asked the staff, they said there was nothing they could do. The service is awful, and the rooms are freezing cold. I'm truly frustrated and helpless. I'm very upset. Please be careful if you have a family or children; the hotel is very cold.

Very nice, quiet and cozy place to stay. Great view from windows on 5th floor. Friendly staff always ready to help and solve problems.

We booked the hotel to Agoda system, they try to play us and make us pay again while we on lobby with sick baby for one hr on lobby. He telling us no payment showing we hav to pay. On spot when we refuse and called the company in Dubai all showing in system while we frustrated and book another hotel he come and gave us key saying saying now it show on system. They saw me while baby on fever and throwing up they kept quiet when we leave book another hotel making all excuse to make us stay. It's bad hotel and service and we didn't expect this as first time travelers to Armenia

I've stayed at this hotel many times for the past years. In general I like this place. It is located close to the forest, has great views and priced are affordable. There's room for improvement obviously, but I don't think its bad for the price they afford.

Unfortunately, one of the employees from the administration team did not maintain proper service standards, spoke inappropriately to the customer, and did not suggest a suitable alternative.
During our stay we were assisted by two employees. The gentleman who welcomed us at night was very professional and attentive, and we were fully satisfied with his service. Unfortunately, our experience with the administration employee in the morning was disappointing. Considering the amount we paid, we expected to receive the services included in the price, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

We had a great stay at Aurora Resort in Tsaghkadzor! The location is one of its best features — it’s just a short walk from the cable car, which was super convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the mountain views. The resort itself was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the overall service was good. A great spot for a relaxing getaway, especially if you’re planning to use the cable car!
