I’ve just returned from my annual skiing trip to Armenia, and I can say with certainty that Teghenis Resort is the place to be. Tucked away beautifully between the mountains and a peaceful creek, this hotel is a little slice of heaven in Tsakhkadzor. Exceptional Management & Staff A massive thank you must go to the management and the entire team; the service here is truly world-class. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and always have a smile on their faces. I was particularly impressed by their dedication, even replying to my messages in the middle of the night to assist with my booking. It is clear that the management prioritises guest satisfaction above all else. Unbeatable Location & Value For anyone visiting for the snow, the location is spot on. It is a very short, easy walk to the ropeway and the ski slopes, which makes those early morning starts a breeze. The resort is exceptionally reasonably priced considering the high quality of the rooms, the hearty breakfast, and the fantastic wellness facilities. Facilities & Dining: After a long day on the slopes, there is nothing better than returning to the resort to thaw out in the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The dining experience was another highlight: The Bar: They have a brilliantly stocked bar with knowledgeable bar personnel who really know their craft—thank you, guys! The Restaurant: The dinner menu is simply mouthwatering. The presentation and taste of the food are 5-star quality, as you can see from the photos of the scrumptious dishes I’ve shared. Ambiance: Whether you are enjoying a beer with a view of the mountains or a cosy dinner, the atmosphere is perfect. Final Thoughts The ski conditions in Armenia are always great, but it is the hospitality at Teghenis that makes the trip unforgettable. Whether you choose a comfortable room in the main building or one of their lovely cottages, you are in for a treat. I cannot wait to get back next year! Highly recommended!

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay.
It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

I recently stayed at Teghenis, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly, and every interaction I had with the team—from housekeeping to front desk—was professional and kind.

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to small details, like the complimentary water and the high-quality toiletries.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we spent a day on the premises and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. Everything was excellent, and the staff was very friendly—especially Kristina at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful. We’ll definitely come back, and next time we’re planning to try the cottages as well.

Perfect location near the rope, amazing hospitality and service.
We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, the breakfast was perfect, the room cleaned each day, the pool and sauna area was great heated.
The service was incredible, very easy with what’s up, any issue we had was fixed in minutes and any question was answerd lovely.
The location are very quite, and still close to the rush Center,
Hotel restaurant provides great menu with delicious food.
We stayed with 2 little kids so we had many demands, the teghenis absolutely meet all are requirements.
