It is a great place, we enjoyed it very much with my family. The service was great!!

+ Beautiful place. The nature is amazing, food is very tasty. Interesting places for small hiking. Lower floors for pregnant. - The rooms need a bit renovation. They don't have everything that's written on the menu, for example: Ice cream, so they can have seasonal menus.

We went to the hotel to work from their conference hall and it was very comfortable, everything is ready, you just need to start your work. But the most important part is the air, nature, and food! There are so many trees, the hotel is located inside of the forest, so the air seems delicious even! Nature is amazing, all green is around... you just want to watch it all the time. Located in the forest, cottage was surrounded by amazing nature. Night lights playing in the white snow were the most beautiful phenomena I have ever seen. Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. A most see place! You don't have to book a room to go into the cafe, pool or use other stuff. The cafe is a very good place to grab a cup of tea. Winter is the best season to check this place out. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very welcoming, and the location was perfect. 😌

Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.

Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable...

We lived nearby for a few days, but went here for dinner. Really great kitchen, wonderful owners. And great music as well. If you are nearby -- must visit this place for sure

We didn't stay there,we only use their restaurant. Staff were so friendly and it was very late when we reached there but they were so patient and prepared everything. It was so yummy and the quantity was heavy.

We had an amazing stay at Kareno, the rooms are cozy, warm, and the food was great!! Also the guys were so nice to throw a huge party for the new year, invited us for drinks and snacks - great people that made sure we are having a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again

What a lovely host we have. The cabin is owned by an armenian family who is trying their best to accommodate your needs and give you the maximum comfort of your stay. Rooms are very spaceous and clean. They have prepared our fantastic breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price, evern more than what you pay for! Location is excellent, adjacent to the ski ropeway. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and amenities! The family owners are very hospitable and will give you what you need and want. You are paying less than what they can offer. It really exceeded our expectations. Very close and accessible to ropeway. I would really love to go back to this hotel. Photos posted are superb in personal. With Netflix andWiFi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good experience overall the staff is amazing henzik was very helpful and well spoken

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a hassle free experience. Staff are very accommodating. Hamlet the owner is kind enough to give us a discount in order for us to stay in 1 room for the whole stay instead of transferring to their other room. We will definitely go back and book this hotel again.

If you stay in a hotel near the roadside, it will be quieter if it is not on the roadside row. There is a parking space and a small garden. The environment is still very ideal

They greeted me well with a smile on their face. I booked the room through Ostrovok. There were three types of rooms on the website. I paid for a classic. They showed me to a room in the basement. Two walls are completely windows. The room is freezing cold and smells damp. We holidayed here for a week, we liked everything from the rooms to the staff. The owner of the hotel personally met and saw us off.

Good place for resting with family.In winter there are a lot of snow. Normal food good rooms

We are here now and what I can say is that this hotel is a really nice place for what we paid. It is designed so beautifully inside that you feel like you are in a palace. Our room was much bigger than what we thought, well furnished and clean. The food was nothing to praise or criticize, we didn't remain hungry. The territory is pretty, some cottages in restoration. The pool was good but too many...

We mostly like cottages, the strongest advantage is that 4 bedrooms out of 5 in the bigger cottages have its own bathrooms.

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children. The cottage has a kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and sink, living room with TV. Breakfast is included in the price. When I have visited the hotel it was the middle of May. There was construction going on. I liked the interiour in some parts, but the food was not good here, i prefered to eat out!

Really nice and affordable (for a Mariott hotel), nice spa

The hotel in the mountains has fresh air and a classic, elegant comfort.

The location is very nice, but the only problem is the lack of room service and the fact that the rooms are quite far from reception. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. The quality was good, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with air conditioning. However, there was no bidet in the bathroom.
