It is a great place, we enjoyed it very much with my family. The service was great!!

+ Beautiful place. The nature is amazing, food is very tasty. Interesting places for small hiking. Lower floors for pregnant. - The rooms need a bit renovation. They don't have everything that's written on the menu, for example: Ice cream, so they can have seasonal menus.

We went to the hotel to work from their conference hall and it was very comfortable, everything is ready, you just need to start your work. But the most important part is the air, nature, and food! There are so many trees, the hotel is located inside of the forest, so the air seems delicious even! Nature is amazing, all green is around... you just want to watch it all the time. Since there were no reviews for 2023 we decided to try our luck, but desperate. Only the view and outside of hotel was good. Both openair swim pool and closed one were clean. Accommodation was great, service was also great! Pool is outside the main facility but also was good. Kids zone was plenty of different things to do. Restaurant was also good with a different kind of dishes which were too tasty. Staff was friendly and nice.

Overall experience is 5 rating; however, I would rate 2 to the staff. What’s most important in-service industry is the way the staff responds to the guest. From front desk to room cleaner, everyone has a rude attitude, in short, they must learn how to talk.

Good location, the ropeway and restaurants in the centrum are both within walking distance. Breathtaking views close by, and the mountain flow goes next to the hotel and gives a great soundscape. The interior of the hotel is somewhat tacky, and especially the cabins have light switches in weird places, partially hard to find. The yard looks great, and is well planned. The spa and saunas are comfortable...

Less than one kilometer to supermarkets and ATMs. Skiing surprisingly good despite absence of recent snowfalls due to a few skiers :-) Large villa with 5 bedrooms is good for 10 persons, not for 13. We didn't stay there,we only use their restaurant. Staff were so friendly and it was very late when we reached there but they were so patient and prepared everything. It was so yummy and the quantity was heavy.

We had an amazing stay at Kareno, the rooms are cozy, warm, and the food was great!! Also the guys were so nice to throw a huge party for the new year, invited us for drinks and snacks - great people that made sure we are having a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again

What a lovely host we have. The cabin is owned by an armenian family who is trying their best to accommodate your needs and give you the maximum comfort of your stay. Rooms are very spaceous and clean. They have prepared our fantastic breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable price, evern more than what you pay for! Location is excellent, adjacent to the ski ropeway. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and amenities! The family owners are very hospitable and will give you what you need and want. You are paying less than what they can offer. It really exceeded our expectations. Very good experience overall the staff is amazing henzik was very helpful and well spoken

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a hassle free experience. Staff are very accommodating. Hamlet the owner is kind enough to give us a discount in order for us to stay in 1 room for the whole stay instead of transferring to their other room. We will definitely go back and book this hotel again.

If you stay in a hotel near the roadside, it will be quieter if it is not on the roadside row. There is a parking space and a small garden. The environment is still very ideal

We are here now and what I can say is that this hotel is a really nice place for what we paid. It is designed so beautifully inside that you feel like you are in a palace. Our room was much bigger than what we thought, well furnished and clean. The food was nothing to praise or criticize, we didn't remain hungry. The territory is pretty, some cottages in restoration. The pool was good but too many...

We mostly like cottages, the strongest advantage is that 4 bedrooms out of 5 in the bigger cottages have its own bathrooms.

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children. When I have visited the hotel it was the middle of May. There was construction going on. I liked the interiour in some parts, but the food was not good here, i prefered to eat out!
