Great location if you are in Lori and want to explore the natural beauty of the province. The hotel is very clean and new, and both the price and service are appropriate for what you get.

Our room was big and bright with a nice view of the church. Everything was spotlessly clean. Sound insulation is excellent as the walls that divide the rooms are thick and solid. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We had dinner once in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food was. Everything we ordered was delicious and we really enjoyed the meal. I stayed one night in Vallex Hotel. This building was originally the administrative office of Alaverdi Copper Smelting Plant. After shutdown of the plant in 2018, this building was then converted to the current hotel and cafe last year. I really appreciate management and staffs effort for such transition which is considered to be helpful on promoting tourism and development of local communities. Hope...

A very nice, new hotel. Clean. The hotel is located in renovated former factory buildings. A major drawback is that it has no elevator, even though it's four stories high, and there's no staff to carry luggage. Free parking. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant staff is professional.

We spent a very comfortable two nights at this lovely hotel. It has a luxurious feeling and the rooms, beds, towels are ready good quality. Receptionists very helpful and fluent in English. Breakfast is served in the open air restaurant outside. Dinner also available there from an extensive menu. Recommended hotel in this town.

Simply magnificent place! All and everything is clean and cared-for, all the utilities work perfectly, food (breakfast, dinner, coffee, jams etc.) tasty and everything with a special twist. Also the area is very beautiful and good for hiking.

Guest house has 2 triple rooms. They are very spacious, very clean , with all amenities and the most important with excellent views . The only problem is that the location is isolated, difficult to find and the road at the last 300 metes is very very bad.

I stayed a couple of nights in one of the cottages. Such a nice place, beautiful viewing from my bed, and soooo good to come back from a long day visiting all the monasteries in the neighborhood and get to a full packed table with. All local food made by the owner! It’s was great! ❤️ thank you sooooo much !

I have stayed at this guesthouse on both of my trips to Armenia, because I knew I didn't want to miss it. The views are great, the place is very clean, the prices extremely fair. Mher and Jula go above and beyond with making you feel like you are a guest at their home. Even just the dinner or breakfast they serve feels like it is a from a 5 star hotel. And they are both absolutely delightful people...

What an awesome place! Absolutely loved the view, the service, and the food there. The host is very welcoming, too. And the dogs were absolute cuties. 100% coming back.

We had a pleasant stay and received a warm welcome from Greta. It is a quiet, somewhat secluded location; don’t expect luxury, but the service is excellent. Greta also took great care in preparing breakfast. 🇳🇱

Went horseback riding and hiking in the region and this was a great place to stay! The rooms were perfect and the balcony was a great addition. We also ate dinner here and it was delicious for a great price. Staff was very helpful and kind, always willing to help.

Wonderful!! My family stayed at Odzun 2 weeks ago and not only was the view gorgeous, the people were incredibly kind. They also made delicious food making the stay top tier(thank you tikin Greta!) You would be missing out if you didn't choose to stay here.

The food that they served us for breakfast and dinner was beyond amazing that it symbolises the true essence of what this culture is about. Arev, Greta and Vahram are genuine, kind hearted people and treated us like one of their own. If you wanna see what the village is like, this location is the epitome of a great environment to indulge yourself with nature.

A good hotel. The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with the breakfasts. The view from the room is incredible.

A nice hotel in Alaverdi. Extremely nice staff even upgraded us to a more expensive room for free. The rooms are clean, and rhe food is hearty and delicious. They offer also lunch boxes. Would reccomend if staying in Alaverdi!:)

We had a really nice surprise with this hotel. We arrived late and were welcomed warmly. The receptionist didnt speak any English, but he called the manager and she looked after as. Rooms are nice and clean. There was as well a common kitchen. Nice place for industrial tourism and close UNESCO monasteries.

We booked a room through Booking when we arrived nobody really knew about it. The price was also unknown to the staff. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. There is also a breakfast offered, which was fine. The rooms are comfortable enough for one night. The hotel is not far from the main road, the access road is extremely steep.

The city of Alaverdi was very old and the roads are very uncomfortable and full of slit pits but this house guest really is like a paradise in the old city. It shines between very old buildings with beautiful garden yard and beautiful building. The owners were very nice and friendly and all rooms and beds are very clean and smells well

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Bathroom is shared with the host family. Everybody was very welcoming and friendly. Pool didn’t look too inviting, which is why we did not try it. Breakfast was good and plenty.
