Excellent hotel. Attentive staff, cozy rooms, and delicious, varied breakfasts. We sincerely regretted that our stay was only one day. The hotel is located near the central square and the historic center, with many cafes nearby.

We had an excellent stay at Radisson in Gyumri. Everything was perfect, and we would especially like to highlight the work of the reception team — they were always responsive, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. A special mention goes to Angin, the Housekeeping Manager, who assisted us greatly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Employees like her truly make a difference...

Angin, the Housekeeper Manager, helped me out. I needed a pair of heavy cotton trousers cleaned overnight. Though the hotel does not do personal laundry, she personally offered to clean my slacks and delivered them to my room before 8:30 the next morning. I was so relieved! Thank you Angin for making my next days very comfortable.

Old Friend Guesthouse is located in an alley behind Rajkov Street. Even with Google Maps, it's difficult to find because there's no sign. The guesthouse is clean. The photo shows the entrance to the guesthouse.

Good hotel, I'm here already 3rd time. Hope next time there will be swimming pool. All rooms are clean and comfortable, meals are very tasty. Only some rooms are little noisy, because they are near the street.

Nice hotel with classic style rooms. The rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is breakfast. Conveniently located between the historical center and the Iron Flower fountain.

Rooms without AC, it is a big issue during summer times, the water supply is not constant in the morning, no sound proofing, I can literally hear the guy snoring in the adjacent room.

This hotel was the exact example of how every building in this town is - outside its very monotone-looking but had just magneficent architecture inside. Everything seemed to belong in the museums not in a hotel for 20 pounds a room . We're checking out today, and as we're about to leave for a mountain tour that the help desk found for us, wanted to leave a review before we depart. Great location. Economy Single Room is really tiny as seen in the photos. The worst thing is the disgusting semell of sewer coming from the bathroom. I asked to change room and the other one also smelled horrible, so it seems all rooms stink. For the rest, it's good.

An excellent hotel for a short stay. The room includes toiletries, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. The linens are crisp white. The blanket is weighted. The pillow is new. The hotel offers free sauna and pool access from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The breakfasts are very filling and delicious. In the off-season, they offer à la carte options instead of the buffet. The hotel is good, but there are some But.... This is the smell from the sewer, if you keep the door to the bathroom open, the aroma will fill the entire room. Water was not provided. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is right in the city center. The rooms are different, all cozy and beautiful. The mattresses are comfortable, the water in the shower flows powerfully. Our room had a balcony, with an amazing view. Morning coffee on the balcony... Bliss 💕

From the moment we arrived the staff were just a delight to deal with, polite, friendly and very helpful. The room were great, spacious and clean while the location was very central close to everything. The hotel also uses its income to support the clinic in front of it and also has a little artison shop with handmade products which supports local NGOs. A must stay if visiting Gyumri.

The hotel is located in an artistic courtyard. The single-story building feels good, but the room facilities are relatively simple. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like a temporary guesthouse. The cost performance is low.

Excellently well located hotel, just a few minutes on foot from the centre of town where the city hall and the main modern church are and where one finds restaurants at the main square. The hotel has many works of art and offers a pleasant garden for relaxation. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms are a bit dated. There is no safe in the room. Free wi-fi....

Was disappointed that couldn’t order a glass of wine. But that’s an endemic problem in Gyumri. Today staffers said that absence of wine is a temporary outage. They have passworded Wi-Fi — ask staff. Also note that they may serve (at special request) food not listed in the menu.

Nice menu. Service leaves much to desire

Everything was clean and cozy, and for the price it was pretty good, not far from the city center. The only issue was with the shower; the water wouldn't drain. Otherwise, it was perfectly fine.

From the first minute I felt not at the hotel, but at a party with friends! I was met by dear Eugene right at the entrance with cordiality and real Armenian hospitality !!! Very good hotel. Clean, cozy and quiet. Wonderful garden and very hospitable staff. In the rooms there is a shower, hot water, slippers, hair dryer, towel, shampoo, soap, and most importantly everything is clean. It is 5-7 minutes from the center by taxi. I highly recommend it!!!

What a beautiful stay at Armine’s! Armine herself was such a lovely welcoming lady who understood English very well. We were greeted with 2 shots of their homemade rose liquor, sweets and snacks. There was a shelf of the liquor to buy, along with honey and jams. We stayed in the larger of the 3 available options and it was so cosy and homey. The apartment is a short walk away (5 mins) from the town...

My family and I had an amazing stay at Armine's B&B! We take apartments and modern room. The apartments are beautifully styled, cozy, and just as stunning as the photos. The location is perfect for a 5-10 minute walk to the center. The atmosphere is so warm, reflecting the charm of Gyumri itself. The room was spotless, and there was always hot water. Very nice, clean, relaxing place to stay in a good location to explore Gyumri. Room is very nicely decorated - quite unexpected how nice it is! Only negative is there if no aircon but temp in the room was ok even though it was 32 outside. Would recommend

Quaint. Just difficult to find. A large sign outside the building would have been reassuring. Armine was very welcoming even though we were very early.
