Quiet, comfortable, and undisturbed – thumbs up! Service and cleanliness were lacking! It's relatively close to the city center, which is good! However, there's not much to do.

The overall experience is very good, the accommodation room is large and cheap, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. Gyumri is a warm city. Since it is not big, it is very convenient to walk or take a taxi. I like it very much.

We stayed for two nights at this guesthouse near the center of Gyumri. Everywhere was very, very clean, and the host was very friendly and helped us in every way they could.

I had a wonderful stay here with my dad, Uncle and cousin. We were greeted by our host Hracha who welcome us with some lovely Cognac. Room and facilites were great and very close to the city centre. Hacha was always there for us whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It was a great pleasure. First of all let me start with saying that Walkability is just amazing 7-8 minutes from Railway Station and 10-12 minutes to the heart of Gyumri. Second, The owner is just amazing since the beginning we felt like we are home. Showed us in a great "Gyumri" manner. It is very rare to stay in a hotel with this price and service in Gyumri. The environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. It is the best choice!

Loved this hostel/hotel, small, freindly and quiet at night. Tea and coffee making facilities and nice courtyard to sit and eat in. And there is a freindly dog. Close to Supermarket and banks and the minibus stops out side 100dram in to the center or you can walk it about an hour and a quarter. Staff is friendly,but space is not really clean. It is clean enogh,but there are places where you can find dust . Also it is noisy around+ there is some specific smell around
