Lovely, beautiful and new hotel. Excellent location with super friendly staff. The rooms are great, clean, nicely done and comfortable. Breakfast was a great plus in the morning. The staff are there to attend to all your needs and are very attentive!

What is unbelivable, is the breakfast time (9h00 to 11h00). 9h00 is clearly too late. 7h30 to 10h00 as usual in other country is the appropriate answer. Therefore i rated "facilities" in such a way.....

We stayed overnight: clean, cozy, high quality. We didn't try breakfast, good soundproofing, high quality bed linen. The hotel is conveniently located although the city is small and taxis are mere pennies. The price is reasonable, overall we were satisfied.

A very cozy boutique hotel a short distance from the center. Friendly staff and quiet rooms for a comfortable sleep: the rooms are fully equipped and you don't have to ask for anything extra. Breakfast is a bit meager at first glance, but for example, oatmeal is prepared fresh on request and the waiters bring it to you as you wish.

The hotel is good, the staff is very polite. The rooms are not bad, we were pleased with the location of the hotel. But the breakfasts, we were upset, poor and of course, there were products from previous breakfasts repeated. If you exclude breakfasts, I recommend the hotel itself. 5/5

A cozy, small hotel near the historic center. The staff is attentive and polite, making every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts are filling, though not very varied. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

An excellent hotel in the city center, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Excellent staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast. The impression was spoiled by the fact that the room was cold. It turns out the air conditioning throughout the hotel is set to cooling only; the heating doesn't work. It was a very refreshing night's sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. The beds were very good too, I started waking up with some backpains in other hotels but after a night on this matress the backpain was significantly less! Staff was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Gyumri.

Excellent location, very close to center, it is about 2-3 min walk to the center. We had a great experience. Prime Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, breakfast portion is also great. The beds are very comfortable, my family and I really enjoyed the stay in Prime Hotel Gyumri.

The breakfast was fantastic--fresh fruit, warm foods, a variety of sweets and savoury foods. The brewed coffee was weak, but the rest of the breakfast selection and available juices and teas made up for it. We had no issues with noise disturbances from the busy street outside. The rooms were well-stocked with extra travel essentials (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) as well...

A unique Hotel with a very unusual decor.

Lovely small hotel but the room was narrow without a table. Breakfast was nicely served by the friendly staff as the highlight of the stay. Hours 9-11AM, a bit late or more like a brunch.

This was a repeat stay in this neat hotel, it's 3 storey high, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillow comfortable. Although not in the city centre, it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. A decent breakfast was included. A very good quality/price ratio.

Small hotel near the airport of Gyumri and far from the center. Low price for accommodation, friendly staff. The rooms are heavily smoked. Looked at a choice of several, the same everywhere .. Breakfast is modest, bring to the room. One night to sleep will come down, given the low price.

Rooms and service are good. Little bit not comfortable with parking because it’s on the side of the road, but it safe, even kept my bags on my bike. But issue is with very loud music from the restaurant which is in hotel. 10:30PM…

I stayed for one night with my large family. The staff was very flexible in choosing our rooms. The hotel is new and very nicely decorated. The room has everything! Coffee, water, towels, a bathrobe (!), disposable toiletries (floss, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, lotions, and a shoe sponge). The rooms were very clean and spacious! I will definitely be back!

It is the best hotel in Gyumri with the best Alessandra Spa! Strongly recommend to try this Spa - it is fantastic experience.

We had an excellent stay at Radisson in Gyumri. Everything was perfect, and we would especially like to highlight the work of the reception team — they were always responsive, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. A special mention goes to Angin, the Housekeeping Manager, who assisted us greatly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Employees like her truly make a difference...

Angin, the Housekeeper Manager, helped me out. I needed a pair of heavy cotton trousers cleaned overnight. Though the hotel does not do personal laundry, she personally offered to clean my slacks and delivered them to my room before 8:30 the next morning. I was so relieved! Thank you Angin for making my next days very comfortable.
