Old Friend Guesthouse is located in an alley behind Rajkov Street. Even with Google Maps, it's difficult to find because there's no sign. The guesthouse is clean. The photo shows the entrance to the guesthouse.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook whenever we wanted. What truly stood out was the convenience—everything we needed, from basic essentials to larger necessities, was just around the building

The price point is excellent for the quality so booking a stay here is a no-brainer in my opinion

Perfect Stay with Top-Notch Facilities! I recently stayed at Gyurji Homes with my parents, and it was an amazing experience. The infrastructure is top-notch, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities

I stayed here 3 nights in the private room w/ a private bathroom and everything was perfect. The guy who runs the place is super nice and was there to welcome me with some local wine and explain everything

I had a wonderful stay here with my dad, Uncle and cousin. We were greeted by our host Hracha who welcome us with some lovely Cognac. Room and facilites were great and very close to the city centre

Whether it was groceries, restaurants, or other daily needs, everything was within reach. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, adding to the overall pleasant experience

It is very rare to stay in a hotel with this price and service in Gyumri. The environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. It is the best choice!

Close to Supermarket and banks and the minibus stops out side 100dram in to the center or you can walk it about an hour and a quarter. Heaps to see in this lovely city, recommend spending several days

Staff is friendly,but space is not really clean. It is clean enogh,but there are places where you can find dust . Also it is noisy around+ there is some specific smell around
