Great location. Economy Single Room is really tiny as seen in the photos. The worst thing is the disgusting semell of sewer coming from the bathroom. I asked to change room and the other one also smelled horrible, so it seems all rooms stink. For the rest, it's good.

An excellent hotel for a short stay. The room includes toiletries, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. The linens are crisp white. The blanket is weighted. The pillow is new. The hotel offers free sauna and pool access from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The breakfasts are very filling and delicious. In the off-season, they offer à la carte options instead of the buffet. Please note that this is a duplex room for one person and has a very steep, almost vertical staircase. It may not be suitable for everyone. Otherwise, I can confidently recommend this hotel!

Really beautiful hotel inside and out. The space outside and some rooms inside can also be rented out to organizations that need the space for celebrations or meetings.

Good service at the desk, receptionist was helpful. Free sauna + pool included. Great stay worth the money.

The hotel is quite worth its price. The bathroom is clean, the mattress is a bit hard, but it's fine for a short stay. Of course, it's not super cozy, but for the price it's ok. Overall, it's a good choice for a budget option.

A classic hotel with a traditional atmosphere.
If you have a rental car, it's convenient to enter directly from the underground car park.
From the outside it looks like a 4 star hotel or higher, but unfortunately there aren't many foreign guests, so the cleaning staff seemed a bit haphazard.
The breakfast staff were very attentive.

Best bang for the buck in Gyumri centre!
My "economy" double room was great!

It's a loft,with a tiny living and decent bathroom at the floor and upstairs, a mezzanine with a comfy bed.
Just be aware of that if your mobility Is limited!

A thermostat allows to set the temperature and my room was pleasantly warm in literally no time.

Their English is limited but all needed things get done. I would book again immediately!

This hotel room is too complicated. What is a complex? Each room has a ladder-climbing attic. I happened to decide on that type. When I saw the straight ladder, I was confused. I quickly paid more money to get a bright one near the road. It turned out that the window was small. There was no soundproofing, I couldn't sleep all night, and it was impossible to change rooms.
